27 Jun 2020 · 33 min
In this weekend episode of the Jorge Cruise Show, host Jorge Cruise interviews fitness legend Denise Austin about maintaining a youthful, healthy body and skin during the summer. The conversation opens with Jorge’s mission to help people eliminate belly fat through his 8‑minute interval training method and includes sponsor messages for Primal Kitchen avocado oil and Juve red‑light therapy. Denise shares practical, science‑backed advice on getting outside for vitamin D while using sunscreen, building a progressive home‑based workout routine (the 14‑day Summer Slimmer Challenge) that scales from 10 to 30 minutes, and incorporating standing‑desk micro‑movements such as twists and isometric glute squeezes to boost daily calorie burn. She demonstrates abdominal bracing techniques, push‑up progressions, and the importance of muscle activation for metabolism. The dialogue shifts to skincare, where Denise outlines her minimalist regimen: oil‑based makeup removal, twice‑weekly exfoliation, a water‑less aloe serum, coconut oil for post‑shower hydration, and natural makeup brands, emphasizing hydration, sleep, and a positive mindset as holistic skin‑care factors. Both hosts stress the role of community support, promoting Denise’s free online workouts, her website and social channels, and Jorge’s free “Fit Family” texting service for personalized fitness guidance. The episode blends actionable fitness and beauty tips with motivational encouragement for listeners of all ages to stay active, positive, and healthy during the summer.

It's June 27th, Saturday. Uh, welcome, this is Jorge Cruise, and welcome to the Jorge Cruise Show. This is the show for high performance living, which for me simply means you have the freedom to work when you want, work well, uh, play when you want and play well, and enjoy life on your terms. For me, what that's come down to is helping clients, uh, over my 25 years as a trainer to lower their waste circumference, otherwise known as belly fat. And on today's very special weekend edition, we've got Denise Austin, who is a fitness legend. She started out, um, years ago with Jacqueline. She's 63 years young. You would think this woman is in her late 20s, early 30s. Her body is phenomenal. Her skin is phenomenal. She's gonna share with us today her secrets to summer fitness and beautiful skin, especially if you have fair skin like her and how to keep it looking young. You're gonna discover about coconut oil. You're gonna hear about how she stands and keeps her tush strong. She's got some great tips, super practical, great show. Now the show is brought to you by my website, jorgecruise.com, and I would love to invite you to head on over if you haven't to take our 2020 survey right now. If you take the survey, you get as a thank you in early July, right after the 4th, you'll get a really special online course on how to cure belly fat using my 8-minute interval training method. It is revolutionary. It takes what I did 20 years ago called 8 minutes in the morning to the next level by introducing intervals into an 8-minute routine that targets belly fat. So if you are interested in targeting belly fat for free and learning more about this, head on over to my website. I'll spell it for you. It's Jorge Cruise. Crui.com, and just at top of the page, click on the link. Maybe 4 minutes, 5 minutes of your time, and then I'll have your information, and I will send you this new course, uh, at the start of July. You'll love it. We're also brought to you by Primal Kitchen. Primal Kitchen is one of my favorite companies out there because I use a lot of healthy fats in my daily nutritional intake, and avocado oil is, I think, the most beneficial plant-based oil out there. It's from the avocado, so it's not a vegetable oil. Avocado is a fruit, and avocado is anti-inflammatory. And I use this with celebrity clients when we make our flat belly meals. I make this, I use this when I make eggs. If I do that midday, I'll fry them in avocado oil because it works in high heat. And regardless, if you haven't used avocado, check this out. If you go to primalkitchen.com Jorge Cruise, they will send you a free chipotle lemon mayo made with avocado oil with any other purchase. So just go to primalkitchen.com/jorgecruise and check out the free chipotle, and it's delicious, chipotle lemon mayo. I put a dollop of it on it when I make tacos, on my steak, on my fish, on chicken. It's delicious and it's totally free. And we're also brought to you by Juve. Juve is how I start my day during the week. I'm up early at 4:30. Today's Saturday, slept in, but during the week I'm up at 4:30 and the very first thing I turn on is my red light therapy to do two things: to help me improve my skin, I shine it on my lower body, upper body, but then it also changes the room's energy and I'm in my office early. It brightens it up like a beautiful sunrise. I mean, it feels like The Lion King, you guys know one of those dramatic, beautiful sunrises or sunsets. It's that magic light. And the science has been shown that red light therapy can also improve skin texture, metabolism, goes on and on. So check them out. They're gonna give you a free gift with the promo code Jorge. Just go to their website. I'll spell it for you 'cause it's a unique spelling. It's jooovv.com and then forward slash Jorge, J-O-R-G-E.
Check that out.
You get a free gift on checkout. So with that said, let's get started with today's show. You're gonna sit down with me and the beautiful, fit, and gorgeous Denise Austin. We're gonna find out her, her secrets on staying fit this summer, staying young, and how she does it, because she simplifies it. She has an incredible family. She is again 63 years young, and she's been passionate about health for 40 40 years. So when I meet someone like this, I ask them back, and we're so blessed to have her back the second time. If you have questions, you guys can always text me, you can do comments on the podcast, but let's not wait a minute more. Let's get started right now with the beautiful fitness legend Denise Austin. Let's get started. It's a fact, 91% of us have a dangerous amount of belly fat, and it isn't just unsightly. When you have too much belly fat, you're more likely to suffer from aches pains, low energy, memory loss, and poor sleep, which prevents you from performing your best at work, spending true quality time with your loved ones, and simply enjoying life. The good news is that you can cure belly fat and immediately start to work better, reduce pain, improve memory, and sleep better using simple shortcuts I've gathered. Hi, my name is Jorge Cruise, and I'm known as the 8 Minute life strategist to the world's busiest celebrities. I've been a fitness, nutrition, and high-performance living strategist for over 25 years, and you may have seen my work with Oprah Winfrey, Khloe Kardashian, President Clinton, Tyra Banks, Dr. Oz, Tony Robbins, or even Steve Harvey. My passion to find the best science-backed fitness shortcuts has allowed me to write over 30 books and become a multiple New York Times bestselling author with over 9 million books in print. And I know I can help you too. Welcome to the Jorge Cruise Show.
Welcome everyone to the show. I've got an incredible guest on who's been on before, and we're going to talk everything summer fitness. She is a legend in fitness. She's been a dear friend of mine for 20 years. She helped me write a beautiful endorsement blurb of my book in 2001. That's how long we've known each other., and we've reconnected recently at AARP because we were doing some things for them. And she's just a legend. She knows everyone in the world that has been in fitness from back in the day, Richard Simmons, Kathy Smith, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and of course the legend himself, Jack LaLanne. It's Denise Austin.
Woo! I'm back with you, Jorge.
I love it. I'm back with Denise. Now Denise, how do you do it? I feel like out of anyone I've ever interviewed, you know, and you're— remind everyone how young you are. You're 60?
63 years old and all natural so far. Wow.
I mean, I was just looking. I Googled this. I had to pull it up because this was shot— what year was this one? Remember?
Probably 1995, I'm guessing.
You look exactly the same.
Well, I don't know about that. I mean, come on.
These cameras aren't kind. And you look great and nothing, right? So we are going to talk about what Denise does for her beautiful skin because you have got great skin, great hair, you have got everything great. We are going to talk about how she keeps these guns loaded because look at these guns, right?
Woo!
Wow. And I think, I think the most important message I think that everyone wants for the summer, because, you know, the coronavirus is kind of dying down, COVID-19, and I think people are wavering. Whether they are in their 40s, 50s or 60s and especially in their 70s about getting too active right now. I feel like, not that we want to encourage people to be unsafe. We got to, you know, I got my mask still here. I put this on when I go out. I have to, you know, do you have a mask like one of these?
Of course I have a mask. Yes.
I put this on. So, keep wearing your mask, 6 feet distance.
Yes.
But I think we can encourage people with some motivation to get active in the summer because, you know, summer it is a little hot so some people can hide out. But if you drink your water, you can stay active because you have been, are you active in the summer? Yes or no, right?
100%. I am a true believer in getting outside, the nature, the sunshine. It makes you feel good and I just stay, I stay 10 feet of space away from people. I am kind of a little germophobic. So as long as you, I believe being outside, it helps you feel better and gives you energy. That vitamin D has something to do with, you know, having the energy to feel good. I do believe in walking outside on a regular basis if you can, if your life, you know, gets you out there. Even if you walk around the block, that feels good. Just a little outside, back to nature, fresh air, better than indoors. Everything is enclosed. So, if you open yourself up to being outdoors, I am a big believer in that truly helps your immune system.
100%. I agree with you. I have been interviewing everyone from Dr. Oz to Mark Sisson, which you know from Primal Kitchen, and everyone says that. Mark is like you, he has fair skin and he is out there. I will tell you, if anyone is out there, whether they have a little brown skin, dark skin, or white skin, and they are scared, Denise, what would be your motto or a mantra for anyone that is like, "I don't want to go outside. I am going to get sun damage." Look at you, you are talking that you are in the sun and you have a— we are going to get into that.. But how do you get people to say, "I can do it again," if they have been hiding out like turtles in their shell? You know what I mean?
Yes. Well, just start small. Get out there for 10 minutes. Did you know 10 minutes is good enough to get a little vitamin D as long as you are kind of 35%, you know, without clothes? So that means going with a tank top, you know, maybe putting on a pair of shorts. 35% of your skin needs to be exposed to get in the absorption of some vitamin D. So think about that. And then I always wear sunscreen on my face, my neck, and my chest, and my shoulders, but I do try to keep the rest of the body kind of open to receive the vitamin D as long as it's not more than 30 minutes. So, my walk most days is for 30 minutes. I just get out there, that air, the, you know, nature, it just makes me feel good, especially if I go to the beach. I get that fresh salt air. It is good for your skin. It makes you feel better. So, even if it is 10 minutes, just start small because it just takes 10 minutes to get started.
I love that. I think that is so important and you have been doing for years in the summer these challenges. You just finished one that was massive and I feel like the summer is a great time to get in shape and any tips from your challenges of the past? For people that are like, all right, I will go out there from walking to all that, but to give them a little more of a rich regimen. I am not saying it has to be like a blast away 10 lb. workout or remember this one, your step aerobics stuff? This was great, right?
Yes.
I love this stuff. But what would you say is a good summer routine with consistency that people can do? Is it walking? If they want to take it up a notch, maybe give us a very a simple one, but then something a little more advanced?
Well, first of all, I did a 14-day Summer Slimmer Challenge. People could go on my website, deniseawson.com, and see it there too. It's all free and every day is a different workout and it's sort of like a workout you could do in your house to complement a walk. One of them is a 15-minute abs and arms workout. One is stretching after your walk, but it's not just outside. You can do exercises indoors by just doing a routine. I'm a big believer in being, you know, habits, daily habits to get yourself organized, to have a schedule. So I work out in the morning, I get in, I get 30 minutes in, and then I feel refreshed. So my workout routine started, you know, it starts with 10 minutes and then builds up to 30. So, over 14 days, your goal in the summer is to do at least 15 minutes, then 20 minutes, and then the ultimate is 30 minutes. If you could get in 30 minutes most days doing different things, then you will feel so good. Stay consistent. Consistency does pay off.
100%. I think I learned years ago that rituals equal results, right? And good rituals equal good results. Obviously, if we sit on a couch too much, that we become a potato, right?
Right, and you know standing is better than sitting. So at any time throughout the day you feel like you have been, you know, on your rear end, just the sense of standing up. Did you know it burns more calories than sitting? So when you think about how to burn as many calories in a course of 16 waking hours, you want to stand up a lot of that time because then you could burn more calories in a course of a day and really be able to boost that metabolism. You know, because circulation is what heals your body.
Say that again.
Circulation is what heals your body. So, you have to move to get the blood circulated.
Now, that is so important and, you know, I am a big fan of the Apple Watch. I love this. The reason why is one of the rings, you know about these rings it has?
No.
The blue one tracks how long you stand for. So, that is one of my tips to all my Clients is to try to get a tracker that will track your standing hours and it tracks you whether you are standing or not. I try to hit, literally, I don't even have, I am seated at a chair right now, like a high stool.
I am standing up there, Jorge.
You are. Look at you. I love that. I think this is the new way to work is to get a desk that is a little higher up. Don't you have, is that what you have right now? Yeah? Tell us what you got.
I have got like a desk with a little elevation here because I love to stand. Stand and work and type and I think at least part of the time. I don't do it the whole time because you're then, you know, it's a little too much. Everything in moderation and balance. So just a couple hours a day I'll stand and do this and some, all these, you know, podcasts and things I do standing up.
Well, give us a tiny sample since you're standing. I don't know if you can tilt the camera down a tiny bit. Give us something we can do when we're standing at a desk. That, whether it is for the tush or the arms, that is perfect. Give us a little demo because you are the queen of maximizing time. Go ahead.
One of the best exercises I like to do is standing up and then doing twists. Twists work that waistline. I always do twists. You know why? It not just works the waist, but it helps with your digestive system. You are getting everything circulated. You are just feeling so good. So, this is a really good part of working.
Punching? Yeah. I love that. Do you do punching too or is it just a simple twist?
Punching. You could do stay on one side, go to the next side. You could do twists from here. You could do twists sideways for the sides of the waistline. Anything to keep moving. That is the key.
Then is it important? What do you think about this? I know Jack Gallane talked a lot about, what was it called? The squeezing of the muscles, right?
Isometric exercises. Tighten up your tushy because if you don't squeeze it, no one else will.
Oh, was that yours or Jack saying?
No, that is mine.
I like that. I think that is, so when you are standing, can you show us the lower body? What is the key to, I mean, I feel like this is basic stuff, but let's cover the basics. You have a great body.
Look at you. You can tighten up your tummy too by tensing, tightening it up for about 5 seconds. 5 seconds, that's equal to a sit-up. But notice I'm not arching my back. I'm tucking this way like a pelvic tilt, and then zip up those abs. The more you practice that, the better your abs will stay flat, and that's the key. You're almost like you're reeducating the abdominal wall, pulling it in. Think good posture. Zip up those abs. Pretend you're wearing like a tight corset, and that helps.
You know, I love yoga, and in yoga we always say belly button to spine, even though you can't really do it.
Navel to spine. Pull it in, and when you practice that, it becomes more natural to keep it flat because otherwise you let it pooch out, you let it just hang. So you got to contract those ab muscles, pull them up and in, and the practicing is what helps reeducate the muscles to stay pulled in.
Well, so this is a perfect segue. Imagine we got someone who is in their 50s or 60s or in that age group, maybe even 70s, and they think, I am too old to recondition my muscles. I can't do this. What do you tell someone who says it is too late?
Well, muscles work miracles on your metabolism. You could get your muscle memory back. It is just a matter of taking some time to doing a sit-up, to doing a push-up, to really start You know, I start people on a push-up in the kitchen. The kitchen counter is the perfect place to start 10 push-ups. Just go down and up against that kitchen counter and—
Now, Angela, tilt down. Can you tilt it down? Does it go down your camera?
Yeah. So, all you have to do is get like yourself— ah.
No, you are fine.
Get yourself on the kitchen counter, push down and push back up. That is a great way to condition your chest and your arms and get you started. Then I take everyone down to a couch level, you know, to the next step, and that's a little bit harder. And then all the way to the ground on your knees. And then, so there's got to be some progression, but the muscles need to be worked, and you have beautiful muscles under there. We all have muscles, we just have to condition them. So, you know, just start, just 5 minutes a day, you know, get some weights and begin doing some just shoulder raises and chest presses Triceps, biceps, anything to work those muscles. 640 of them, you guys. We can work them.
And they need to be used or if you don't use it, you—
Yeah, I always say if you rest, you'll rust.
I like that one. That is the same thing. It is just as bad losing those muscles. I will tell you, you know, for me, I am at an age where I am 50 next year and I feel like a lot of men give up at age 30, you know, and maybe I am a little more vain than other men, but I don't want to look my, I don't want to look average. I want to feel my best.
I just want to feel good, too. It is about feeling good, waking up happy and having energy to have fun and enjoy life. So, that is what it is all about.
I love that. I love that. Well, let's switch topics to one that my Clients have been asking because they saw our last interview. And then they see all your pictures and you are in that, the book, what is your, you are on the COVID of, coming up in a few weeks, the COVID of—
Oh, First Women. Yes, it is coming out soon and it is about taking good care of yourself and it doesn't take that much, you guys. Don't think I do masks every night and, you know, look like green face every day. I don't do that.
Walk us through your regime. Like, what do you do daily and then what do you do whether it is monthly or weekly? Give us a little skincare class.
I wash my face at night very well because I'm a big believer in getting makeup off. Then after I wash my face—
What do you use for the soap? Give us the details, the brand.
I just use this oil that I don't even know who makes it, to tell you the truth. It takes my makeup off easily and I don't have to scrub. Then twice a week I do use an exfoliating scrub. It has a little bit of apricot apricot, you know, crunches in it. So I use that one. And then my favorite is aloe oil. I always use aloe. Aloe I've been using, oh my God, for so long. I'm a big believer in aloe on my face. I use it around my eyes. I use it, I mean, I brought it here for you. Show us. Yeah, what do you got? And it's made in Italy. So it's—
Hold it up tight to the camera.
Well, you can't buy it yet.
No?
Yeah, you can't buy it. It's going to be out soon, but it's aloe, really good aloe, top of the line aloe.
Wow, you buy it in Italy?
No, but I've been using aloe for so long, I believe in aloe.
Before this one, what would you use? What brand would you suggest back a few years ago?
Oh, I was using any aloe before, but now I know what's the better.
And let's just be clear, right? Is it like goopy or is it just slimy or is it like wet? Like, um, you want to show us a few drops?
Yeah, yeah, it— can you see that? It's like a serum. Uh, I don't know if you can see it, but this, it just, uh, it's waterless, which it means it's less, um, you know, because a lot of the products out there have a lot of water, so you're spending a lot of money and you're just— the first product ingredient is water. So this is waterless, and that's what I'm into.
So it's just aloe. What do they call it? Is it a gel, water, or what's it?
Yeah, yeah, and I don't know why I've just been using that. And then every night I put lip balm on because I like to have moist lips, and that's about it. I'm not— I don't do a lot. Once a week I'll do a mask, but the mask that like my daughter gets for free sent to her or something. My daughters and I kind of use each other's makeup and skincare, so it's not like I don't buy all the anti-aging stuff. I've just been using that much.
Well, tell us this. So when you do the makeup, for the ladies that use makeup, is there a brand or a method you like or a quality?
I use a lot of different brands. I don't have one brand that I use. I use a lot. I like a certain kind of foundation by Make Up For Ever. I use I love Honest products, Jessica Alba's new Honest products, because they don't have paraben in it. So, you know, your skin, everything goes inside you. So I try to use all natural now products because I'm a big believer in that. And that's so important. I use coconut oil when I get out of the shower. As soon as you get out of showers, when your skin needs the most, it's almost like it's thirsty and it just So I do, I slather my whole body up with, I just buy it at the grocery store, extra virgin coconut oil.
So, and that's like sunscreen kind of, or baby oil, right?
It's very shiny. Does it go in?
It goes in, right?
Yeah, it goes right in naturally.
Coconut oil on the face or not that?
No, not too much. I do it on my hair a little when it's dry, when my hair looks really dry, I'll put a little, but it's hard to get out, so I don't try to do that.
Well, it is, it's good for cooking too, and I've used it in coffee. It's very useful, coconuts, right?
Who would have thought?
Yeah, right? I mean, that's amazing. And for your hair, tell us, because you have gorgeous hair, how do you keep your hair so beautiful?
Well, I've been using Michael Canale. Have you ever heard of him? His hair conditioner. I think it does help keep it moist and kind of less drying looking because I have dry hair. So I have processed it through, you know, highlights in my life. I haven't had highlights in 4 months, almost 5.
These are new. These look great. I mean, you look stunning.
Natural, baby.
Woo! You look great. I mean, that is amazing. What a great regime. Now, how about for the ladies that I drink a lot of water too.
I want everyone to know that water and staying hydrated is part of my skin, you know, regimen, and I try to sleep well. That's part of having, you know—
How many hours, Denise, of sleep do you get about?
7 to 8. 7 to 8, yeah. And then I— so I do believe that all of those things all help. So it really does help skin. Exercise is important. It gets the circulation going to your your face where you could bring in the good oxygen. So, all of it is kind of full circle.
Yeah, it is a holistic, it is very comprehensive because a lot of people think there is a magic potion and it is a combo, right? It is a combo.
Yeah, and I have never done Botox yet or any fillers yet. So, yet.
Wait until you are in your 70s. You are too young still.
Yes, well, my mom, you know, passed away, but she had beautiful skin. So, uh, and my sisters— I'm from— I'm one of five and four girls, so most, you know, we all have really nice skin. So it comes from hereditary, it comes from— I'm part Croatian, so I have that olive color skin a little. So all of that helps too.
Yeah, no, genetics are definitely a bonus. I'm, I'm half— my mother was from South America, from Colombia, so So that helps me, but I'm getting a little spot. So I'm probably going to get— I hate to say it, but you know, you got to get those taken care of. I know. I mean, I don't wear makeup, but on TV I do. On TV you have to, you know. Those lights are so harsh.
You're so cute, Jorge.
Well, I try. Well, let's talk about this next, please. I think this is a great way to end the conversation for now, because I don't want to take up all your time. But I feel like in 2020 right now, people are— are, they are a little sad, they are a little depressed. There has been a lot of, you know, these kind of—
Tension.
Yeah, like in these urban cities and I feel people are, I don't know if it is angry or just they are not happy. Let's just call it that, right? How do you, because I know the movement, I know you are going to say it is exercise, it is getting your sleep and all that, but if someone can't and just says, no, screw it, I am not going to do it. Pardon my French, I'm just not gonna do it. What do we tell them? Is there an affirmation? Because I believe in affirmations. Do you use those sometimes, right?
And that too. What would I tell them? I would say my biggest thing that I think I've stayed positive through this whole COVID and the racial problems, and we in America need to help them so much, and Black lives do matter. And I think the key is is to reach out to people. I've reached out to all of my friends in the Black community. How are you? I love you. I just think people need to reach out to people who they really care about more, and that makes you feel good, like, oh God, they're okay, or I want to take good care of my family and my friends. And I just think reaching out more helps, and it helps me feel like I I'm part of them and their lives, and that makes me feel good. But also, I wake up grateful. I think, you know, everyone says have a grateful journey journal, an attitude journal, and there is something to be said about that. Because when you set your mind like, okay, I'm gonna be, you know, thinking positive today, and you take away some negative thoughts, and the more negative thoughts you take away away and put in positive thinking and talking to yourself positively. It helps. Like enthusiasm breeds enthusiasm and I believe that.
Well, that is why I am so honored to be friends because I feel like you and I, I have that in me as well. I learned that years ago from Tony Robbins and it stayed in me because I was, you know, I was one of those unhappy people growing up not knowing that I was being Catholic and all that, not being true to myself. And, you know, that is why I eat so much, you know.
I get it.
But you eventually figure it all out. With age comes wisdom and hopefully smarts to be able to learn from whatever.
Experience helps.
You make lemonade, right, Denise?
Yeah, you do. There are little things in life that you can really think more positive. You know, when things get down, Every day, certain little things. If you are staying a little more positive, those small little things aren't going to bother you as much. But if everything is coming down on you at once, that is hard. So that is why stay positive throughout the day as often as you can.
I agree. Well, I love it. So I want to remind everyone that July, early July, you are going to be on the COVID of First for Women magazine.
Yes, I am so excited. Yes.
That will be amazing. Do you know what the theme is or the feature is about?
Staying healthy at home and staying healthy for the summer and being positive. That is part of it, too.
Yeah.
Yep. Oh, God.
Remind everyone, Denise. Yeah. Remind everyone where they can find you online and your social media, too. Your Instagram and Facebook, please.

All right, well then, you got a deal. All right, well, cheers Cheers, we'll drink our water together.
Love you, Jorge.
Love you too, Denise. Cheers. Thanks for all your positive energy.
We need it.
You're the best.
You too. Love you.
Hey, it's Jorge. If you have one more minute, I wanted to address something that I think is super important, and that is if you need help with anything from the show, if you need help about losing belly fat, if you want help about intermittent fasting, if you want help about exercise, interval training, anything at all, I want you to join my Fit Family on text. It's a brand new service I've just launched, and if you really do need help, I want you to text me right now. It really is that simple. You'll be part of my texting family. I have a group of people that I work with via text, and it's all for free. So I'd love you to join. All you have to do is text my Malibu number. It's a 424 area code number. So I'm gonna give it to you right now. Jot this down, or while you're listening, text me right now. I mean it.
424-228-9548.
And you'll join my Fit Family. Let me give it to you one more time. It's area code 424-228-9548. Now it's gonna work only in the US, so I have to say that if you're listening to our show outside of the US, sorry, no international texting yet at least. And, uh, but 80% of you in the US should be able to text me. I know if you have T-Mobile, you have to put on premium service or something like that, uh, but this is free. And I'm going to be giving away a lot of my time on this texting service. A lot of free things like our Belly Fat Cure course will be announced on here. So if you've done my survey, this is how you'll get access to it. I'll be doing special livestream events only for people in my texting community. And I'll be announcing my next 19-day challenge on there as well. So really utilize this and, and you'll get first glances from our show as well. So it'll be a great chance for us to connect. And I may even call you and FaceTime you. So kind of a fun thing. Again, the number, text me Literally do it right now. Area code 424-228-9548. And I look forward to having you join my Fit Family. Take good care and God bless. Peace and purpose.
