All right. Welcome back for another very brief episode of the Fleet Success Show.

Lightning quick.

Lightning fast. So this episode, obviously we're right in the middle of the holidays, and so for all you listeners who are traveling and love listening to our voices while you travel, we recommend going back and listening to some past episodes because this week it's going to be very short, 5 minutes, and just we're going to talk about Fleet Success Summit. We have this awesome show coming up in April, 4 months away. Man, that's going to go fast. It's really—

it's 4 months away, like, wow, a little A little more than 4, almost 5.

Right. But April 20th, 21st, we're going to be out here in Mesa, Mesa, Arizona, right down the road from the airport. So very, very quick ride from the airport, right next to Tempe Town Lake, just across the freeway from that. Lots of things to do in the area. But the big thing is we're going to have 12, 13 speakers lined up, all single-stage event. There's no breakouts or anything, but all talking about the different pillars of fleet success. We've got some awesome people coming in to talk about stakeholder satisfaction, intentional culture, resource efficiency, and risk management. And these are thought leaders in the industry. These are people that you probably haven't heard of before, or if you've heard of, they're people you want to hear from again. You know, people in the likes or the ilk of Steve Saltskiver. For anybody that's been in fleet, really, you know, he's been referred to as the godfather of fleet.

By himself? Is that like a self-reference?

No, no, he'll never tell you that. But I've had people walk up to me, and I had somebody in Boston just tell me that. He's like, man, this guy's like the godfather of fleet. I hope your child is a masculine child.

I love the accent too.

Nice. I can do a good Marlon Brando. Yeah, not bad. So, um, you know, we've got, uh, people like that that are, uh, we're almost— we're this close to locking down most of the speaker lineup, and you're gonna be seeing a ton of announcements coming out on Uh, but one of the speakers that I am super pumped about, uh, she wrote a book called Permission to Screw Up, runs an organization— well, I should say ran an organization called Student Maid, which you guys think you have hiring problems? Try hiring students to clean toilets. College students clean toilets. She ran an entire organization where her entire workforce turned over every 3 or 4 years. This is Kristin Hadeed. She's the author of Permission to Screw Up, terrific book about setting an intentional culture, setting values and hiring and firing to the vision, building leadership team, delegating, dealing with millennials, and now we've got Gen Z coming into the mix. A terrific, terrific author, all about giving herself permission to screw up and giving you permission to screw up and make mistakes as long as you learn from them. You know, we're working on topics with her, but that's going to be an awesome keynote. The early bird pricing— now this is the really timely part of the announcement— the early bird pricing does end this week, 12/31. It's going to end on New Year's Eve, and we're giving bulk away, giving away bulk discounts. Well, there's nothing that just discusses like cultures and how to be successful in a fleet. Like you can get like little tips and tricks on how to try and be a little more efficient, some things you can do like more in the weeds. This is about success in general.

Bigger picture.

Yeah. If you, the things we talk about, our 4 pillars, if you take those things and you apply them, you're going to be on a road to success, and we want that for everybody. So we figured what better way to do it than to get all of our closest friends together in Mesa, Arizona to talk about it.

Yeah. What I love about this too is it's not going to be just us. No. The podcast is all us, but we're bringing in the people we learn from so that you can learn directly from them instead of getting it secondhand through us.
