In this vlog, university student Julia walks viewers through her back‑to‑school morning routine, highlighting several lifestyle changes aimed at boosting productivity and wellbeing. She starts by showing off a new, short haircut and a mini ponytail, then moves to her workout shift from heavy weightlifting to lighter cardio, running, and Pilates (Lily Sabri and Growing in a Nest). She prepares a gluten‑free banana chocolate pancake bite breakfast, crediting the recipe to Instagram creator KKFIT and using coconut flour. After eating, she discusses reinstating a gratitude journal to manage upcoming academic stress, emphasizing intentionality and anxiety reduction. She then showcases a sponsored Teddy Blake Vanessa Palmoleto handbag, describing its Italian leather quality, size, and affordability for students. Finally, she films on campus, early before class, expressing nervousness about vlogging in a lecture hall and hinting at future school‑related content. The tone is casual, enthusiastic, and personal, with occasional promotional language for the handbag.

Guys, I have to be quiet. Say hi to everyone!
Say good morning!
So welcome to my morning routine for back to school where I'm going to be trying to build a solid morning routine, um, hopefully a productive and relaxing one. So you guys are going to follow me along. It's going to be just vlog style, I guess. We'll see how— where this goes. By the way, I don't know if you guys can tell, but I got a haircut. Definitely very short. My hair used to be so long, but then I just spontaneously out of the blue was like, you know what, let's cut our hair, let's change it up for the school year. Okay guys, I have my hair tied up in a very mini ponytail, and now let's go do our workout. Usually when school starts up again, I move my workouts to the campus gym. But if you guys have seen my last video, I briefly mentioned how I have fallen out of love with the gym, particularly weightlifting, and I no longer enjoy it as much as I used to. Now I'm more into lighter workouts and cardio like running. Still gets your body moving and your heart pumping, but doesn't add lots of pressure to my muscles. I've loved doing Lily Sabri Pilates workouts, and I'm also back to doing lots of Growing in a Nest workouts. I'm going to be doing a more detailed video on talking about my transition from weightlifting to bodyweight workouts, so stay tuned for that. I definitely think I've lost some muscle, but oddly enough, I'm still feeling stronger than ever. While I love to make creative and fun breakfast every single morning, I don't think I'll have lots of time to experiment in the kitchen every single day. But maybe once in a while I'll make it an objective of mine to try something new. And today I decided to make these banana chocolate pancake bites that I got from KK_FIT_ on Instagram. I made the gluten-free version using coconut flour, and you guys, surprisingly easy to make and tasted absolutely bomb. This is so pretty, guys.
Oh my God. Idea, it just— I was— yeah, I was like, okay, um, if I go on a show like that, I'm—
so I finished having breakfast, and usually after breakfast I'd pack my bag and head straight straight onto the ION train to head to campus, but I do have a little bit of time to spare. My first class starts a little bit later, so I have some time. And actually, I should have done this way before. I should have done this right when I woke up, but I guess I didn't. But I'm actually gonna have to make this a habit. I'm gonna start writing in my journal again, specifically gratitude.
It's been—
I remember I used to always wake up and the first thing I do is take out my journal and write things that I'm grateful for and just my intentions and goals for the day. And then I stopped doing that for some reason, and I want to get back into it, especially since with school now here, I have to be a lot more intentional with everything I'm doing. I can be easily sidetracked, and I mean, with all the extra stress that's going to be piling up with workload, I feel like I'm going to be all over the place, and my anxiety is gonna— I'm gonna be like super anxious. And so if I want to keep my peace and try to live more in the moment, gratitude is a great way for that, and just kind of remind myself of all the things I should be grateful for. Oh my gosh, it's been a while. You guys believe it? I used to do a journal entry every single day, writing down how the day went, my thoughts. It was literally like a story. And, um, I have my old journal in here, literally filled. I mean, I have an entry for every single— almost every single day. So I could literally write a book from this. It's kind of funny. Time to pack my backpack, but instead of a backpack this year, I'll be using this bag that the brand Teddy Blake was kind enough to send. Teddy Blake is an Italian brand that creates handbags for every style choice. I've never owned a handbag, let alone a handbag this fancy before, so I'm feeling very classy. What I love about Teddy Blake is, first off, it's Italian, which I think is pretty cool, and second, they offer high-quality designer bags which are made out of real leather for a much more reasonable price compared to other brands out there. So you can enjoy luxury without upsetting your bank account. If you visit their website, you'll see they have a wide selection of bags to choose from. I ordered the Vanessa Palmoleto bag in the color blue jeans. It's also 14-inch, which is the perfect size to fit my laptop, notebook, water bottle, and anything else I may need for university. Girl, why will you stay?
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
So we are at the school right now. Gosh, this is so embarrassing. I've never vlogged on campus, but my sister's with me, so I feel less, less scared. This is our school. So fun! Hey guys, so we're in the lecture room. This is pretty cool, there's no one here and I'm pretty early. I'm actually super early, very early. The professor isn't even here, but I'm doing this because I want to film for you guys and I don't want anyone seeing. So I'm right here in the middle, ready for class. Hopefully no one sits beside me because I'm not here to make friends. I mean, I have to pretend I'm writing before someone comes in. I don't have a proper outro, so I'm just gonna end it off here. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I had so much fun making it, and maybe, just maybe, if I build up some courage, you'll see a school vlog in the future. Anyways, I wish you all the best of luck with your studies. By the time you're watching this, I'm probably already drowned with tons of projects, but hopefully this year I'll manage to find the time to post consistently. Fingers crossed!
