DOING THE LILLY SABRI X LINDA SUN WORKOUT GUIDE | Eating & Working Out Like Lilly & Linda For a Week

In this vlog, creator Julia Fedorin documents a week of following the Lily Sabri × Linda Sun 7‑Day Full Body Burn workout guide while cooking the accompanying recipes. She walks through each day’s meals—yogurt fruit bowls, avocado bagel, peanut‑butter smoothie bowl, chickpea nourish bowls, granola, banana muffins, udon soup, chickpea burgers, banana‑bread oatmeal—and shares taste impressions, preparation tips, and how the dishes fit into the guide. Throughout the week she performs the full‑body workouts, highlighting favorite lower‑body/glute sessions, the added stretching day, and the soreness that follows. Julia reflects on how Lily’s energetic, music‑driven workouts and Linda’s approachable food content helped her stay active during COVID quarantine, replacing her former gym routine. She praises the duo’s positivity, relatability, and the guide’s accessibility, while also noting occasional missteps (missing sriracha, bland smoothie bowl). Interspersed are brief, unrelated audio clips/lyrics from other speakers that serve as stylistic filler. The vlog aims to inspire viewers to try the guide, provides recipe links in the description, and reinforces the creators’ influence on her fitness journey.

So I'm starting my week off by eating eating like Linda, and I am so excited. All the food she shows in her videos make my mouth water every time, so this is going to be very fun. So for breakfast, I ate a yogurt fruit bowl, something Linda has frequently. She said it's one of her favorite things to make besides her pancakes, of course. The second I heard that Lily and Linda were going to be releasing a workout guide, I couldn't sit still. Two out-of-this-world beautiful, inspiring people creating one intense workout guide for all of us to do for free is probably the best Christmas present I could ask for. You guys already know I love to follow and review lots of workout challenges from multiple fitness influencers on my channel, so you bet the day the LS Times LS workout plan came out, I just got the urge to record it for you guys. I have a cramp. For lunch, I made an avocado bagel with an egg. I completely forgot to add the sriracha for some reason, but besides that, it was really delicious. Today I'm eating like Lily, at least for the most part. For breakfast, I made her a peanut butter and sea salt smoothie bowl. By the way, you can find a lot of the recipes I'm making in the workout guide. Okay, so not gonna lie, as appealing as the smoothie bowl looked, it wasn't as appetizing. A smoothie bowl with just banana and peanut butter is not super delicious, in my opinion at least. You guys are gonna see lots of yogurt fruit bowls in this video since both Linda and Lily absolutely love to eat them throughout the day. We can all without a doubt say Lily and Linda have helped us in our fitness journeys. Honestly, as much as this This year sucked. If it wasn't for COVID and quarantine, we wouldn't have discovered them. Lily with her killer workouts and Linda with her delicious food, they both make such a great duo. It's not a coincidence their initials are the same. I feel they were destined to meet, literally. Other than being created by two monumental people in the fitness and health community, another reason why this workout guide caught my attention is it's geared towards your full body. The 7-Day Full Body Burn Guide is designed to target all muscle groups in the body with different styles of training, and that's what I love. To make up for the breakfast I ate, I'm gonna be making her chickpea nourish bowl. I've never had baked chickpeas, so I was super pumped to make them today. They turned out super delicious, so crunchy, and I love them. In my nourish bowl, I also added spinach, lettuce, baby tomatoes, tuna, and a few pretzels. This nourish bowl filled me up and is now my new go-to lunch for sure.
Sorry doesn't mean you love me. I wish you could understand that. I wish you could understand. Just because you're sorry, just because You said all the words that you could have said. I'm still trying to figure out the ones you meant. Should I take a chance or will I regret this?
Yeah. Today I made peanut butter granola, and oh my gosh, you guys, I did not realize but granola is actually so much more easier to make than I thought. All you do is add oats, peanut butter, and like other ingredients you need, and you're basically good to go. So it's very simple. I'm definitely going to be making a lot more granola in the future. Our fingers touching the light, you pull back, blushing delight. Call me when you get back home. Whenever I'm in need of workouts, Lily Sabri is always my go-to. I actually discovered Lily Sabri through Linda's videos, and I'm so happy I did because she has saved me throughout quarantine. Before COVID started, the gym had my heart. It was my second home. I absolutely loved using all the machines, treadmill, and weightlifting area. And while I still miss the gym tremendously, home workouts aren't as bad as I thought they would be. Looking back months ago, I thought I wouldn't be able to live without the gym. But look at me now, I'm enjoying every bit of working out at home. For dessert, I had ice cream. Seen her eat it in a lot of her videos. And then I snacked on some popcorners because again, iconic Linda food. And then I made banana muffins. I'll leave the recipe in the description below if you guys want to check them out. Linda, she makes a lot of muffins in her videos. Again, it's it's like a staple of hers.
This will all change. I'm worried about keeping you safe.
And then for dinner, I had this Japanese-style udon soup. I haven't seen Linda ever eat this, but I still decided to try it out, and it was really good.
Be a fucking joke. I'm worried that I don't have control.
For today's lunch, I'm gonna be making Lily's chickpea burgers. This recipe was also a first for me. I've never had chickpea burgers or any vegan burgers in general, so I'm really curious as to how they're gonna taste. And instead of having these chickpea burgers with a bun, I decided to add them to another Nourish Bowl because I'm literally obsessed with them now. Poki Nourish Bowls take seconds to make and make eating vegetables so much fun. Linda, there are nothing but positive words to describe you. Your positivity, vulnerability, relatability brightens everyone's days, including mine. Through her videos, Linda has brought a new perspective towards food. Her ideas are articulated so well and in such an easy manner to understand. I absolutely love her videos so much, and I just have no words to describe how enjoyable and how awesome they are.
Me, how easy it is to live like this.
Feel better if I take my—
I love how Lily added a stretching day. It's such a crucial part to working out. It helps to relax your muscles, it improves your joints, it improves your flexibility, and you're just gonna perform better during your workouts. And that's what we need. So I'm really glad I got to stretch, take a few deep breaths and just relax. It was really nice. For breakfast, I made Linda's banana bread oatmeal, and I love how she added a little twist and made these caramelized bananas. They actually tasted so good with the oatmeal, and it was a really great combination. Now obviously— or not obviously, but I mean, my oatmeal didn't really look as appetizing as hers did, but it was still really delicious. Now you might be asking, why Lily Sabri's workouts? How does she stand out from the crowd? I mean, Lily's such a genuine person. She makes working out so much fun. Her workouts are definitely like no other. They are geared towards every fitness level. The music she uses make her workouts a thousand times better. And it's kind of weird, even though she plays the same songs in her videos, for some some reason they don't get boring. My arms, it's so hard to lift them up right now. They are so sore. Oh my gosh. Her live workouts allow us to get to know her a little bit more, and I love how she encourages us and pushes us to keep going.
Got your window, show the whole city I'm all yours. Let me put us on display. Yeah, I'll shout it from the rooftops. I got it. Jump out of a window if you call me. Yeah, baby, baby, baby, baby, you driving me wild, you driving me so crazy, got me acting out, got me trying to stay sober, trying to stay sober, wanting your love and I'm out here hungover.
Now, which workouts were my favorite from the 7-day workout program? Honestly, all of the lower body and glute workouts are so killer. As you guys saw from my weirdly odd expressions, I was having a hard time with many of the moves, and that's a good thing. Challenging yourself and stepping outside of your comfort zone is the only way you're going to progress and the only way you're going to grow.
That ended with life when I say shit. Now I'm inside all them people's playlists. So one day I'll be stomping on those stages, but right now we just dancing in the basement, right inside the basement. Said it's 4 AM, still with wavy, tweaking basses. Learn this shit ourselves, on my own time. I make shifts, shooting for the moon, gonna turn this Honda to a spaceship. Sure they want to fuck with me.
To end this week off, I had a peanut butter and jam bagel and a banana peanut butter toast. It was such a heavenly breakfast, I loved it. And then for lunch, I had a salad nourish bowl while editing this video. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch this video. Hopefully you are inspired to try out the LS Time's Alice Workout Guide yourself, as it truly is amazing and will do wonders in only 7 days.
