This is Linda Sun, the queen of what I eat in a week, a body positive YouTuber, and such an inspiration to each and every one of us. Today I'm gonna be eating just like her for a whole day. You heard me, this video is going to include her famous protein pancakes, her bing recipe, and so much more other delicious food. Let's get started. Mm-hmm. Before making Linda's protein pancakes for breakfast, I decided to have a pre-breakfast snack of PB&J, something Linda loves to snack on in a lot of her What I Eat in a Week videos. This is so good. I haven't had peanut butter and jelly toast in so long, so it was really, really fun and delicious eating it today. Linda is obsessed with pancakes, and this video wouldn't be the same without making her famous banana protein pancakes for breakfast. You guys, these are literally the best pancakes I've ever made, and if you give this recipe a try, trust me, you'll never want to make any other pancakes ever again. These are the ones. These are life-changing, let me tell you. They're so good. To top off my pancakes, I added loads and loads of fruit, and also peanut butter, which is Linda's secret ingredient. And oh my gosh, this looked almost identical to Linda's protein pancakes. The only difference is I did add chocolate protein powder, so they do look a little bit more browner. But other than that, this almost looks identical. Okay guys, let's give these pancakes a go. Oh my gosh, they are so So good. Now I've made her pancakes before, and I do want to say this time I just— I nailed this. Don't tell me this is not identical to Linda Sun's masterpiece. I absolutely love these. For lunch, I had another one of Linda's favorites, a yogurt fruit bowl. Hey, you guys, I love how Linda has breakfast for lunch sometimes. In a lot of her What I Eat in a Weeks, I see her eating protein pancakes or smoothie bowls or yogurt bowls for lunch, which I think is so great. And she's basically showing us that you can have breakfast any time of the day, and there's nothing wrong with that. This is an absolute masterpiece, you guys. I'm so excited to give this a go. So good, and the fresh fruit just makes it 10 times better. I honestly admire Linda so much. She has such a great personality. She's genuine, caring, and her passion for helping people really shows through her videos. Not only are her videos high quality and entertaining, but she's also spreading awareness of body positivity, loving yourself no matter what, not comparing yourself to others, and most importantly, enjoying food, enjoying life. She always says life is too short to count calories, only eat salads, or feel guilty about having ice cream or cake. She advocates for intuitive eating and is teaching something schools don't even think to mention. Eating disorders are a real thing, and I appreciate and respect how she's using her platform to help people recover and to help people realize how beautiful they are. You all are unique, have talents, and are destined to do something great. Please don't let food define you. Don't let other people's opinions of you bring you down. She's so sweet. Yeah. It's time to make Linda's bing recipe. So the first thing I did is I slowly mixed water into flour while kneading, and then after that, I let the dough sit for 30 minutes. Once 30 minutes has passed, I put the dough onto a floured surface. I kneaded it and then I rolled it out into a thin rectangular shape. I sprinkled some salt, some oil, and drizzled some flour on the top. And then I started rolling the dough into kind of like a cinnamon roll shape. I pinched the edges of the dough so it kind of stayed together. I cut the dough into 4 different sections and I folded in from the 2 ends so it resembled a smaller rectangle. I rolled out again, folded in half, rolled out again, and repeated with the other dough pieces. It honestly wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, and I honestly feel really proud. I'm not a cook, I'm not a baker, so this was definitely a very memorable moment for me for sure. And while I was waiting for the dough to bake, I ate some popcorners, another one of Linda's favorite foods. Now you guys, thanks to Linda, I am now also obsessed with popcorners. They're so delicious. You guys, I absolutely failed this. Look at how thick this is. It's not supposed to be like that. It's supposed to be flatbread. Now I have a feeling that the bing turned out to be a little fail. Like, look at this. On the outside it looks good, but then on the inside it looks completely, completely underbaked. I don't know what I did. I think this turned out to be a fail. I mean, it is my first time doing it, so I shouldn't expect perfection at all. I'm so sorry to disappoint you, Linda. I just— I am not a great cook, and I followed all the instructions For dinner, I had Linda's favorite combo: scrambled eggs with ketchup. Bing! And I also added some zucchini, and I added some chicken breast for some extra protein, and it was So delicious, you guys. Linda's combo rocked it. It was so good. Thanks to Linda, I'm also one step closer to having so much of a healthy relationship with food. And you guys, I'm just obsessed with her videos. She puts so much effort into editing, and her hard work is really paying off. She deserves nothing but success, and I can see her channel hitting 1 million soon. And also, one more thing— her family and her dog Milo are cutest ever. Okay guys, that about wraps up today's video. I really, really hope you guys enjoyed watching. I had so much fun eating like Linda Sun for a day. And remember, you are worthy, you are loved, you are beautiful. Say it, 'cause now that I don't have it, I only miss it every day.
