Eating like STEPHANIE BUTTERMORE for a day! (no calorie restriction, ALL IN)

In this vlog, Julia Fedorin spends a day eating exactly as health‑focused YouTuber Stephanie Buttermore does in her “all‑in” approach—eating to satiety without calorie restriction. Julia follows Stephanie’s meal plan, adapting each recipe with ingredients she has on hand. She walks through breakfast (cake‑pop‑style protein oatmeal), lunch (rice, broccoli, shrimp bowl), two snacks (Popcorners chips, frozen mango and berries), dinner (whole‑food salad bowl with avocado, sweet potato, fish or egg), and dessert (banana‑nut muffins with vanilla ice cream). For each meal she describes preparation, taste, and how filling it is, notes any improvisations or mistakes, and provides rough calorie estimates (≈500 kcal for lunch, 400 kcal for dinner, total approaching 3,000 kcal). The video is informal, enthusiastic, and includes gratitude moments, reflections on satiety, and a promise of future similar challenges.

Stephanie Buttermore is a health, fitness, and body positive YouTuber who is such an inspiration to many people, including myself. If you don't know, Stephanie went all in a year ago where she ate to satiety every single day without restriction. Her all in included eating all types of food, both for the body and soul. Today I'm going to be eating like her and following this specific video where she shows us different healthy Asian yummy meal ideas with, of course, some sweets on the side. Let's get started! Bye! For breakfast, I made her signature cake pop protein oatmeal. So I actually had to improvise just a tiny bit since I didn't have all the ingredients she used, but I mean, it still turned out pretty okay. So I used 2 packets of oatmeal, 1 banana, some cinnamon, some Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, and vanilla protein instead of cake pop protein, sadly. And I just mixed it all up and also added almond milk for the base. Blessing, blessings coming my way, and I say thank you. Thank you. Yeah, thank Akasan Plus. I don't even need that stress. And it turned out to be super delicious at the end, so win-win. That is so good, you guys. The cereal just makes it 10 times better. That was really good, you guys, but really, really filling. I'm honestly super full. Usually for breakfast, I know I try not to eat so much because I do want to leave room for like lunch in a couple hours, but that was really filling. That was really, really good. Lots of protein and carbs. So yeah, breakfast was a success. Delicious! For lunch, I had her rice, broccoli, and shrimp bowl. So I also had to kind of put a little twist onto this recipe and make it my own since I didn't have all the condiments and all the ingredients that she had. Now this is where I made a little mistake. I was actually supposed to mix the sauces in a bowl first before putting them into a pan. Clearly I didn't do that. I mean, I guess you learn from your mistakes. Hey guys, so I'm cooking the little masterpiece now. It looks really good so far. Okay, this is gonna be really embarrassing. This is the first time I actually like officially cooked something by myself, so pretty proud. I mean, it kind of looks gross, you guys, but I promise it tasted good. It genuinely tasted really good. It's time for the taste test. Wow, that is pretty good. That's actually so awesome, you guys. Oh my gosh. All finished. That was really good and again really filling. Hey guys, so lunch was so, so good. I was not expecting that much flavor, and I'm just really, really happy. I'm very satisfied. So right now I'm going to show you guys how many calories the lunch was. Definitely quite a bit, but I'm not surprised. There's a lot of nutrients in it. So for lunch, lunch was about 500 calories. So far I have 998 calories of food, so almost 1,000, and we're not even done yet. We still have snack, dinner, pretty filling dinner, and desserts. I want to say all of this is probably going to be like 3,000 calories or something, maybe less, but we will see. I will see you for dinner, or actually no, I will see you for snack and then we're having dinner. Bye! Hey guys, so I'm feeling pretty hungry, so I'm actually gonna have some Popcorners. Now in the video she had these Popcorners with an apple and then she had some berries later on, but I'm actually just gonna eat these for now. And then once I get a little more hungry, I'm gonna have the apple and some berries. But yeah, let's give this a go, guys. If you guys have not tried these, then you're missing out. Literally the best chips if you want something healthier. Healthier. And I love how they come in little packages. I feel like having smaller packages is so much more better when it comes to controlling how much you're eating. So I love this. So yeah, I'm going to finish the bag of chips and then I will see you guys for another snack. Hey everyone, so I just came back from the lake and I'm actually going to go and make dinner right now. But before we do that, I do have a little snack of just to keep me satisfied before I actually have dinner since it is kind of a long time to prepare, I guess. In her video, she had, um, some raspberries and an apple for snack, and I am going to have some mango, frozen mango, and some frozen berries. So very, very delicious. Honestly, frozen fruit, they just hit different. So yeah, I'm going to eat this up and then we're going to go and make our yummy delicious dinner. For dinner, I made her salad type of bowl with a bunch of different whole foods like avocado, sweet potato, veggies, salmon, you name it. Or not salmon. Yeah, I think that's salmon. Fish, some kind of fish. But yeah, I try to recreate that little delicious bowl. Mm, now you guys, because I didn't have any chicken or fish that I could top for the protein portion of this bowl, I did have to replace that with a hard-boiled egg, which I mean still counts since it does contain a fair amount of protein too. Wow, that is so good, you guys. Oh my gosh. Such a great dinner, you guys. I'm gonna go watch some videos and eat this and see you guys soon. Finished the salad. It was very, very delicious. Yeah, you guys, I will see you for dessert, which is the last meal. Oh, I forgot, you guys, um, I want to show you guys how many calories I ate so far. Dinner was around 400 calories, so that's pretty good. Yeah, I will see you guys for dessert. I'm so excited for it. Hey everyone, so it's finally time for dessert. I'm so, so excited. Now for dessert, she had a homemade— or two homemade banana nut muffins and some ice cream. So I actually decided to bake my own banana nut muffins. Roll the clip. So I have one banana muffin with some peanut butter on the top and a tiny bit of vanilla ice cream. So you guys, I'm not a huge fan of vanilla ice cream, but that's the only ice cream we have at our house, so I just took a little bit just so I could like follow what she ate. This is what it looks like. The inside looks so delicious. So I just have some walnuts. I'm gonna link the recipe I used in the description. Let's try this out. Mmm, wow, you guys. Again, as I said, I'm not a huge fan of vanilla ice cream, but this makes the vanilla ice cream so much better. Well, that was a really great way to end off a this video. That dessert was very delicious, and I hope you enjoyed this video. I had so much fun recreating or following what Stephanie Buttermore ate for a whole day. I'm actually going to be posting an eating like a model for a day soon, so stay tuned for that video. And yeah, I'll see you guys in my next one. Bye!
