I'm starting my week off by eating like Chrissy Sella. She's a fitness influencer from England. She's pretty popular both on Instagram and YouTube, accumulating over 3 million followers across her platforms. For breakfast, I had her chocolate protein oats. She uses her own Chrissy Sella chocolate protein powder, but because I didn't have that one, I went for the Costco protein powder, which I'm sure doesn't taste as good as hers, but the oats were still super delicious. Okay, so for her workouts, she doesn't have a ton on YouTube, so I had to shift to her Instagram, which I mean makes sense since this isn't eating and working out like Instagram fitness influencers. But the thing is, I don't really like following Instagram workouts just because they are in real time. Instagram workouts are just a lot more work, but I guess sometimes you gotta take the harder route in order to grow. So Instagram workouts for a week it is. Oh my gosh, you guys, sweat! It's running down my forehead. The 2 workouts I followed were both cardio/Hiit style, and as annoying as it was timing each move, it still gave me a really great sweat. For lunch, I made her chicken rice bowl. For the chicken, I added some barbecue sauce to give it more of a flavor. I cut up a red bell pepper, added snap peas, corn, and beans, and voilà! This made for a very, very filling lunch. Little FYI, you guys are gonna be seeing lots of chicken in this video. Everyone I followed this week has chicken in at least one of their meals, which I'm actually kind of happy about, as I'll be getting protein from something other than protein bars for once. For dinner, I had an egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Usually this would be Chrissy's snack, and then for dinner she would have more veggies, maybe a sweet potato and chicken. But I'm all about listening to my body, and I wasn't super hungry, so I had this bagel instead. To end off the night, Chrissy loves having something sweet like chocolate, so I decided to have a Built Bar because I can't go a day without one. Overall, I'm gonna give Chrissy's workout a 6 out of 10 and her diet a 7 out of 10. Let's move on to the next video. Influencer. Today I'm eating and working out like Sophie from Gains by Brains. She was born and raised in the Netherlands, and she's also an Aquarius just like me, so I think that's pretty cool. For breakfast, she also loves having oatmeal just like Chrissy, but instead of just having normal oats, I decided to make her baked oats instead. Now, to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of baked oats, but after making these, I kind of dig. I really love Sophie's approach to food. She promotes a very balanced and non-restrictive lifestyle. She She mentions that it's really important to stick to something that works for you. Eat the food that makes you feel good, both mentally and physically. And this feel-good sensation is different for everyone. That's why it's never okay to compare what someone else eats to you, because there's no one meal plan that is ideal for everyone. Daddy, take me home. Sophie posts a ton of daily workouts on her Instagram. Her whole account is filled with a lot of variations from strength to HIIT training. But luckily, she also posts real-time follow-along workouts on her YouTube. So of course I follow those instead, because YouTube workouts are my jam. I did 3 of her workouts: a cardio workout, booty workout, and abs plus arms workout. So I was working all parts of my body from head to toe, and this workout session was roughly 35 minutes in total, which is definitely an ideal workout time for me. Overall, I had so much fun, and plus it was really, really warm outside, so I was extra sweaty. For lunch, you guys guessed it, we are having chicken again. This time I had this chicken parmesan type thing with tomatoes on the side, spinach, and a hard-boiled egg. And I added this honey mustard sauce for some extra flavor. Okay guys, I made lunch. This looks so beautiful. For snack, I had 4 Triscuit crackers. Pretty random, but it's so important to listen to your hunger cues, so that was my quick snack before dinner. For dinner, I recreated Sophie's spinach ravioli bowl. First, I sliced up a zucchini, added some shrimp that I sprinkled with garlic, splashed some almond milk and a tablespoon of cream cheese to make this flavory paste, and then I used the spinach-filled ravioli as the main ingredient. And it actually tasted so bomb. The cream cheese made this meal 10 times better. For an evening snack, Sophie enjoys having yogurt with a granola. So I had this peach Greek yogurt with my favorite almond granola from Costco to end off the night. Overall, I'm going to give Sophie's workout a 9 out of 10 and her diet another 9 out of 10. It's day 3, which means we're gonna be working out and eating like Hannah Oberg. She is from Sweden and also a Gymshark athlete just like Sophie. Hannah was actually one of the first people I looked up to in the early years of my fitness journey, and I adore her ever since. She's also now a mother of one. They're adorable, cute little boy, and I really do admire her continuous dedication to fitness. She definitely inspires everyone of all ages. I don't train my arms as often as I should, so today I did just that. I followed 3 different workouts from her Instagram: her chest workout, strong shoulders workout, and finished off with an ab workout. Okay, so this is really random and off topic, but I'm going to lean you in on a little secret on how I got strong toned arms and back. Push-ups and planks are the answer. I've been doing these two movements ever since I was a child, and I've naturally had strong arms and toned back ever since. You don't necessarily need to use equipment when training your upper body. Sometimes the best workouts are quick and simple. 10 push-ups and 1-minute plank daily is all you need, and that's all I did to tone up my upper body. You've probably heard this a million bajillion times, but protein is so, so important. Sometimes, however, I find it hard to eat enough protein. That's why I've been loving Built Bars. These bars have up to 19 grams of protein. They're also so freaking delicious with so many unique flavors to choose from. If you feel like you're not getting enough protein and want to try out this phenomenal bar, then click the first link in my description to get 10% off your purchase. For lunch, we had nothing new— more chicken, more rice, and more broccoli. But to spice this meal up, I made barbecue chicken, and this lunch turned from bland to bomb in only a couple seconds. And it also filled me up like every other meal I've had this week. I have to give props to every fitness influencer on this list. I've realized that all of them eat a ton of food and they don't restrict and showcase a very sustainable, healthy lifestyle. I'm so glad we have role models like them to look up to. They're more than just influencers or social media personalities. Many of them are certified personal trainers and have a background in science or nutrition, so we can definitely trust them to some extent. And for snack, Hannah loves to have yogurt with frozen fruit and granola. Overall, I'm going to give Hannah's workouts a 4 out of 10 and her diet a 5 out of 10. Let's move on to day number 4. Hi guys, okay, so a little intermission. I just want to sit down and thank a few people. So from my last video, you would know that I'm in the process of learning the French language. I really just want to improve my speaking skills, and a lot of you guys from France, from Belgium have reached out and asked me if I wanted to have a French conversation with you guys. And I want to thank Brittany, June, and Maryanne for for hopping onto a Skype call, an Instagram call with me and just chatting with me in French. You guys have helped me so much. Our conversations, they go by so quickly and not only have I learned so many new words, but I've also learned so many new phrases and I just really got to learn about the French culture and it's just so, so fun talking with people from across the globe. I'm so grateful for each and every one of you. So grateful for everyone who has helped me out in any way, shape, or form. Perform. It's just, it means the world to me. So yeah, thank you so much. Stephanie Williams, also known as Steph Fit, is the fourth person I will be eating and working out like this week. Steph lives in the UK and is a fitness model and video blogger. Steph likes to start her day by drinking matcha with almond milk. Then for breakfast, just like everyone else, Steph loves to have oatmeal. And as much as I also love oatmeal meal and could eat it every day for the rest of my life, I decided to switch it up and make her WeGlo pancake recipe. And while in the process, this happened. Guys, look what freaking happened. This just exploded everywhere. Oh my gosh. After cleaning up the mess, I made the pancakes, added loads and loads of frozen fruit, banana slices, maple syrup, and hemp seeds, and it tasted kind of delicious. Steph posts a ton of workouts on her Instagram, and it was kind of hard to choose which one to do. Look, you don't need no filters. I hate These right here are probably my favorite burpees. They're so easy. I was going to do a workout with weights, but after eating those pancakes, I just got a sudden burst of energy and I decided to do something high intensity instead. I did her 100 rep burpee challenge and 18-minute full body workout. Despite saying I hate burpees just now, believe it or not, I'm actually slowly starting to love burpees, which is so weird. I don't know where that sudden love came from, but it's there and it's pretty strong. I'm obsessed with you. Okay, you got a hold on me. For lunch, surprisingly, I had something other than chicken for once. Instead, I cut up some baby tomatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus, added it all in a pan, and created the salad. I also had avocado toast, which has a good amount of protein and fats, so I think it's a great alternative to chicken. Steph loves to snack on fruit, So I had a mini fruit bowl with fresh fruit. Usually I would have a frozen fruit bowl, but we did have some fresh fruit in the house, so I cut up an apple, some strawberries, and a mandarin, and it was really sweet and tasty. For dinner, I had this baked bean nourish bowl with, of course, baked beans, some buckwheat, chicken curry, broccoli, and spinach. Just like every other fitness influencer, veggies, protein, and carbs are key in almost every meal for Steph, especially because it keeps her satiated and full. Overall, I'm going to rate Steph's workouts an 8.5 out of 10. 10, and her diet a 7.5 out of 10. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's the last day of this challenge. And to end this week off, I'm going to be eating and working out like Kate Taylor, more often known as Taylor Katie. For breakfast, nothing new, we are having oatmeal once again. For this oatmeal, I made it a little bit more fancier. I added in some fresh kiwi, strawberries, grapes, and hemp seeds. I also added some dark chocolate on the top because why not? Why you— out of all the influencers from this video, Kate has probably been someone I've been inspired by for the longest time. When I first started going to the gym, a big goal of mine was to achieve the body she has. I wanted to have a tight waist and defined glutes. I even purchased her 8-week Glute Toner workout plan and would follow it whenever I went to the gym. Sadly, I couldn't complete it, however, because COVID happened and gyms closed. I still have I have her plan on my phone, but I don't know if I'm ever going to complete it, especially since my aesthetic kind of changed through quarantine. I realized that I actually don't really want a big bum. I would actually prefer a smaller one, to be honest. But anyways, I did 2 of her follow-along leg and glute workouts, and they were a really great way to end off the week. Nobody can copy us. I put in work way too much. Go mind your business like the witness. We all knew you— for lunch, I finally had something other than a Nourish Bowl. This time I Julia created a bagel pizza she made, and you guys, this legit tasted so good that I decided to make another one. And I also added apple slices on the side. It was just chef's kiss, so delicious. For dinner, I had something I've been craving for a long time now— stir-fry noodles. For the veggies, I used green beans, snap peas, and a red bell pepper. Pepper. For the protein of this meal, I added shrimp, and then for the carbs, of course, noodles. I also drizzled some soy sauce as the finishing touch, and it looked pretty similar to Kate's meal, not including the mushrooms. For my evening snack, I didn't film it, but I had some chocolate, dates, some frozen fruit, and yeah, that was the last day. Overall, I'm going to give Kate's workouts an 8 out of 10 and her diet a 9 out of 10 because the pizza and the stir-fry was just just so delicious. Now it's come time to announce which fitness influencer is my ultimate favorite. And by looking at the scores, I want to say that Gains by Brains, also known as Sophie, has secured the number 1 spot. Now it's your turn. Who's your favorite of the 5? Let me know in the comments. And as always, I'll see you guys in my next video.
