In this 20‑minute vlog, Julia Fedorin documents her day‑by‑day experience with Chloe Ting’s newly released 2020 2‑week shred challenge. She begins by introducing the program, noting her mixed feelings toward Ting’s workouts, and emphasizes a body‑positive mindset from day 1. Over the next two weeks she records daily workouts (full‑body, ab, legs/glutes), noting the low‑impact nature of the routines, the repetitive structure, and her struggle to stay motivated. Mid‑challenge updates (day 4, day 7) show minimal visual change, prompting reflections on realistic expectations for short‑term programs. By day 10 she expresses boredom and a lack of enjoyment despite occasional sweat and fatigue, and she critiques the program’s limited intensity for more advanced users. On day 14 she concludes that her physique is largely unchanged, rates the program 4/10, and recommends it only for beginners seeking a free, structured schedule. She suggests alternative programs (e.g., Lily Sabri) for those wanting more variety or challenge, and ends with a call for viewer engagement. Throughout, she stresses consistency, enjoyment, and the importance of loving one’s body regardless of visible results.

Chloe Ting, the fitness YouTube sensation herself, has released yet another 2-week shred challenge, this time with a new ab and full body workout. Now, despite not really being a big fan of her workouts, I'm still really excited to test this program out and see if it's a little more different compared to her previous 2-week shred, which I did a video on my channel on. You can check it out after watching if you want. Now, this is gonna be a very honest review, so if there's something I don't really like, I'm gonna speak up and vice versa. Without any further ado, Let's get started with the 2020 2-week shred challenge by the one and only Chloe Ting. Let's go! So this is my day 1 physique, and there's really nothing I want to change. I'm loving how my body is looking, and you should too. Remember to love and appreciate your body from day 1 because it's as beautiful as it's going to be in 2 weeks, a month, a year. It's perfect every day and always. Hey everyone, good morning! So today is the first day of me doing new Chloe Ting 14-day shred challenge. Today is a full body workout, ab workout, and legs and glute workout day. I'm gonna be doing 3 of her videos outside in 3, 2, 1, let's go! Day 1 wasn't too bad because it was my first time doing all the workouts in her program. I didn't find them tedious, but but I did have a feeling that they would become a lot more monotonous and dull as the days go by, only because I experienced those same feelings while doing her previous 2-week shred. Hey everyone, I'm back and I just finished day 1 of the 14-day shred challenge. And I don't know, I don't know. I mean, I was sweating in between, but I'm not tired at all and I'm not dripping in sweat like I did doing other workouts. It was a great low-impact workout, but I definitely don't feel like I worked hard enough. I'm like used to like pushing my body to like the hardest limit, and this workout really didn't give me that opportunity. So hey, I mean, I love her workout still. I feel like all the moves are very unique, so that's a plus. But I'll see you guys tomorrow. Good morning everyone, so it is day 4 now. Actually, today's supposed to be a rest day, but because I had work all day yesterday, I made day 3 a rest day instead, which I think is totally fine. I think it's okay to to customize any type of fitness plan to your liking because obviously not every day is gonna be a day where you can get up and do workouts. We're gonna get started with the workout. Let's go. When it comes to working out and eating healthy, it's so important to stay consistent. Only then will you see the results and changes you wanna achieve. If you don't enjoy the process, then you'll be disappointed with the outcomes. That's why it's so important to find the workouts you enjoy doing and the food you enjoy eating because then the whole journey, the whole process will be so much more easier and memorable. These are like the hardest exercise she has. Holy— Finally, you guys, I finished the workout. That was, that was good. I'm a lot more sweaty than I was last time, so that's pretty great. I'll see you guys for day 7 physique update. Bye! See you soon! So it's been a week of doing her program every day, and this is how my body's looking. I don't know, I'm not really seeing much difference, and I'm not disappointed in the slightest. Going into her program, I knew that I wouldn't see any rapid changes. No matter what people say, no matter if the title reads "Abs in 2 Weeks," in reality, that's not how it works. If you don't get the outcome you were looking for right away, don't get discouraged. Eventually the time will come and you will be proud of all the hard work you set aside for your health. Hey guys, good morning! So it is day 10 of the Chloe Ting 2-week shred challenge, and I kid you not, I am getting so bored of all the workouts. They're so repetitive every single day. I don't know what to say when it comes to repetition in workouts. I cannot do it. I have to have a different workout every single day. I have to do a different one, but Her programs are definitely not for me, and I mean, I think that's totally fine. Not everyone is going to find her programs effective. But yeah, uh, I'm gonna do day 10. Hopefully today it's gonna be better. But yeah, let's start. Throughout this whole challenge, I really didn't have the motivation to keep pushing myself because I didn't like the workouts I was doing. Don't get me wrong, I love Chloe Ting and I love how she promotes a healthy lifestyle Anne provides us with these free programs, but I personally did not find pleasure in doing her workouts just because, as I mentioned, each day was very repetitive and all the moves were easy. Actually, scratch what I said, all the moves were pretty challenging. However, for some strange reason, I still couldn't fall in love with them, and it's totally fine. Not everyone is going to enjoy the same workouts, enjoy eating the same food. That's why it's so important to find things that bring you, and only you, content and joy. Hey guys, I just finished day 10. Despite finding the workout really boring, I did sweat and I did feel pretty exhausted at the end. So even though these workouts aren't my cup of tea, at the end of the day I did sweat, I did burn a few calories, and I guess that's what matters. I feel so mean. I love her, but I just don't really find the workouts fun. Anyway, I'll see you guys for day 12. Day 14 results are in, and I'm gonna say nothing really changed. My body looks similar to day 7. My day 7 body looks similar to day 1. As I mentioned, you're not going to see results right away. While 2 weeks might seem like a long time, it's definitely not enough time for a major body transformation, and that's totally fine. As I said, you guys, living a healthy lifestyle and fitness is a journey, and you have to continuously do it in order to see any changes. Okay, so I'm gonna give Chloe Ting's program an overall 4 out of 10. Now, it didn't really push me as hard as I was hoping it would push me, and after 2 weeks, I still haven't fallen in love with her workouts. I don't know why, but I just couldn't seem to enjoy them as much as I was hoping to. Now, with that being said, is this program great if you're just starting out? Of course it is. If you're looking for that extra boost of motivation, then this program is great for that. Not only is it free, but it gives you a set schedule, and really all you have to do is follow it every day, so it's really simple. But if you're like me and you're looking for a little something more advanced and less repetitive, then you can try Lily Sabri's programs that are on her website and channel. I actually did a video on doing one of her programs right here, so if you want to check it out, you can. A little self-promo. So yeah, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Comment down below for more video ideas, and I'll see you guys Next week. Bye!
