I did Lilly Sabri's 14 DAY SUMMER SHRED program while eating whatever I WANT! (NO DIET/RESTRICTIONS)

In this vlog, Julia documents her 14‑day participation in Lily Sabri’s “Summer Shred” program while deliberately eating anything she wants, with no diet constraints. She begins by introducing the challenge, explaining her goals (toning the stomach and having fun), and describing the intense 6‑minute ab, hourglass, butt‑lift, and lower‑body workouts that Lily’s program includes. Over the two weeks she records daily workout experiences—highlighting the burn, use of resistance bands and added weights, and the progressive ease she feels as the body adapts. She also shares every day’s meals, ranging from yogurt fruit bowls, oatmeal with protein powder, pizza, pancakes with Nutella, salmon, quesadillas, and indulgent snacks like ice cream, Oreos, and a Drumstick, emphasizing the “eat whatever you want” premise. Throughout, she comments on soreness, sweat, emotional highs and lows, and the mental satisfaction of pushing herself. At the end of the challenge she presents side‑by‑side visual comparisons, noting modest but visible improvements: clearer abdominal definition, a slightly slimmer waist, and a leaner appearance. She concludes with a mixed emotional recap—pride, exhaustion, and encouragement for viewers to try Lily’s workouts—while reaffirming her intention to continue the program.

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. So recently I came upon Lily Sabri's fitness channel, and for a week now I've been doing her workouts. And let me just tell you, they are super, super intense and so, so insane and effective. I've been doing her 6-minute ab workouts, her hourglass workouts, and her butt lift workouts, and all of them are just so, so hard, but they make me feel so, so great at the end. So I decided to do Lilly Sabri's 14-day summer shred program. I haven't done her program ever, and I came upon it, and I was just super, super excited to film this video this video. I know you guys really love my workout challenges, so I'm bringing you guys another one today. Also, you guys, I'm gonna add a little twist to this challenge with this video. Instead of going on, I guess you could say, a diet while doing this program, I'm actually going to eat whatever I want for the 14 days. I'm not gonna restrict anything at all. If I feel like having ice cream one day, I'm gonna eat that flipping ice cream. Anyway, let us get started. Day number 1, let's go! I think my main goal in terms of physique for this challenge is to definitely tone up my stomach a little bit more, but my main, main goal is just to have fun. You guys, I'm doing this because I enjoy, I enjoy fitness, I enjoy working out. It makes me feel so good at the end, and you guys can probably also relate to this. No! As weird as it sounds, sounds. I love feeling sore. I love feeling tired. I love experiencing and seeing sweat run down my forehead. Okay guys, so the workout is complete. That was intense. I am sweating. I am gonna take a shower. I'll see you guys soon. So for breakfast, I made myself a yogurt fruit bowl. Now these are so delicious. I have these almost every single day. I mean, they're the combo, both very healthy and sweet. I mean, what more do you need in a breakfast, literally? And obviously I'm putting a lot of granola because I love granola, and some honey for extra sweetener. So for snack, I had this granola oatmeal cookie. Chocolate chip, something like that. Obviously it was very delicious. Just look at me enjoying myself dancing. And then for dinner I had some potatoes, some salad, and 2 turkey sausages. So good. Also so filling and healthy. And for my midnight snack, obviously you guys, ice cream. I had strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was so, so delicious. So when it comes to working out, really find ways in which you can enjoy it. And then the bonus, of course, is a stronger body and a leaner physique. And that's honestly such a great thing. Like, I love how you get to do something fun and also get so many benefits from it. So yeah, that's my little inspirational talk, you guys. Love yourselves. Your body is beautiful. You are beautiful. Oh my gosh, you guys. Hey guys, so, so I just finished the workout. That was pretty tough. I'm not as sweaty as I was yesterday. Yesterday I was like literally pouring in sweat. Today it was a little bit less of a sweat. Yet, but I do want to say my thighs and my glutes, my lower body was burning like crazy. So it's really, really effective. And I also used the weights, so extra, extra challenge. So yeah, I'm really, really happy I did this in the morning. Now I have all the whole day just to do everything else I need to get done. And yeah, I'll show you guys what I'm eating today as well, and I'll see you guys for day 3. See you guys soon. So for today's breakfast, I decided to have some oatmeal, super delicious. I added some almond milk for the— instead of water, just because it's better. I don't know, in my opinion. And also some protein powder for some extra gains. Also a flaxseed meal for some extra fiber. And this was my breakfast. I also had some frozen grapes, a bagel with cream cheese, and it was super filling. It got me up until dinner, so that's pretty great. For dinner, I had some veggies, salad, pepper, and a corn on the cob. Super delicious like always. And to end off my day, I had my favorite childhood snack, an Sono Log. So good. I'm so sore, you guys, from the last couple days. Oh my gosh, especially my legs. Now day 4 was a challenge because there were a lot of burpees involved, and if you guys know me, I don't like burpees at all. They just, they get me every time. They got me so tired, and I don't know, I don't know what to say. They're just so, so hard. I finished the workout. That was the most, the most burpees I've ever done ever in like a long time. I'm done. I'm so sweaty, I'm so sore. But yeah, I'll see you guys soon. So I forgot to show you guys, but I had yogurt for breakfast, and for my snack after the lake, I had a very filling almond granola bar with lots of protein. And you guys, I'm so excited, I had pizza for lunch. I'm pretty sure, yeah, for lunch or dinner. It was so good. I haven't had pizza in such a long time, so I'm really happy. And for dessert, some ice cream, of course, a Drumstick from Costco. Hey guys, good morning. So it's day 7 of her challenge, and I have one more week left, and I'm officially done. I'm happy in a way, but I'm also kind of sad because I really— for one, I really enjoy her workouts because I have a set schedule every single day. I wake up in the morning and I can work out right away without even thinking about which body part I want to work out. She has a plan. I really like how I kind of know what I'm doing every single day. But we're gonna do this and let's get started. Day 7 was mostly resistance band work for the legs and booty. It was challenging. I added some weights for just some extra difficulty, and it got me, you guys. These workouts, I'm just telling you guys, try Lily Sabri's workouts. They are gonna kill you by the first day. So yeah, I finished the workout. It was a lot easier than I— or I mean, not easier, it was a lot quicker than I was anticipating. I thought she was gonna go on and on, but luckily she stopped. Thank God. I'm so hungry. I just want food. But yeah, I finished the workout. I'm gonna see you guys at breakfast time. And show you guys what I'm making. Today's breakfast, I decided to make pancakes, you guys. Something special, finally. It's been kind of boring. Finally something fun. I love pancakes so much, they're so good. So I added some chocolate chips. Um, So I added some Nutella and some peanut butter. I added a lot of fruit, and I actually had more than 3 pancakes. So that's what you guys are seeing here is just a portion of what I ate for breakfast. For dinner, I had salmon, some salad, some rice with chicken curry, and a pita. Super filling, really good. The results after just a week are pretty insane. Like, I was not expecting this much difference. On the right-hand side, you could definitely see more of a leaner stomach, an 11 ab definition. And I mean, small difference, but you can definitely tell. And I'm really proud of myself, you guys. So day 10 was another lower body day, and you guys If you think that you're gonna stop feeling the burn all of a sudden, ah, I can't hold it, well, you're not. Even after doing an abundant amount of her exercises, you're still going to feel tired at the end. You're still going to die. That's just how it is, and I realized that after a week of Thank you, Lily. Thank you. Hi everyone, so I just finished the workout. So as you guys can see, I'm not really, really sweaty. I'm not gonna lie, while the workouts did get me pretty sore and I felt the burn, I am not as tired after the workouts as, for example, the first couple days. Maybe because they are kind of getting easier for me. I feel like 2 weeks is definitely a long time to get used to workouts. It's less hard for me right now. So now I'm super, super hungry, so let's go and get breakfast. For breakfast, I had another oatmeal with some fruit. I mean, it looked very appealing, not gonna lie, but gonna be real, when I tasted it, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. And The emotions I'm portraying in this video are so, so false, and what I was feeling internally was just so different from what you're seeing here. It was actually gross, just, just saying. It wasn't that good. And for lunch, I decided to have some carrots and some bread with salmon. And you guys, for dinner, we got these quesadillas from Costco, and I was so excited to try them out. I had some cucumbers, and some cherries as well. This reminds me of Taco Bell. Yes, there you go. That is so cheesy. I'm just so hungry, I can't, I can't wait. Okay. Oh my God, holy— I'm— I literally have goosebumps. It's so good. Oh my gosh, that is heaven right there. That is so good. So, so worth it. And to top my day off, I had some mandarin. It's day 14. Oh my gosh, don't cry, don't cry, don't cry. I can't believe I finished the challenge. It was such a fun time sharing this journey with you guys, editing this video Lilly's workouts, they just gave me so many mixed feelings. I was happy and I was sad and I was exhausted all at the same time, which is such a great feeling, you guys. If you haven't tried her workouts, please do right now. And if you have, continue doing them because they're so fun. And I'm also gonna continue doing them because, again, they're awesome. I love them so much. For my last day of eating, I had another yogurt bowl. This time I added some bananas. It was very delicious, like always. For lunch, I had a bagel with cream cheese and salmon and also some vegetables. It was very delicious. Cream cheese and salmon is the best combo, let me just tell you guys that. For dinner, I had a hamburger homemade. My dad makes the best ones. And for snack, I had some watermelon as a finisher. Refreshing. I actually also had 2 Oreos before bed. I don't know, I was craving them and I didn't really want to resist, so I ate 2. They were delicious and I fell asleep feeling super happy. Okay, you guys, finally the results are here. Now there isn't much of a difference, but I do want to say that I can definitely see more ab definition on the right-hand side on day 14 compared to day 1. And I don't know if you guys notice, I kind of see a little bit more of a snatched waist on day 14 than day 1. I don't know, day 1 is just a little bit more bloated and day 14 was more leaner. I don't know, both of them look really, really great, but I can definitely tell there is a difference and I'm so, so proud of that. This is just proof that after 2 weeks you are going to see something. Not a huge dramatic change, but it is going to be something and you should be proud of it. I'm super proud of myself.
