In this vlog, Julia Fedorin documents a week‑long personal experiment where she follows Lily Sabri’s Lean Sculpt & Fat Burn workout program while simultaneously tracking every calorie she consumes. She opens with a disclaimer that the video is for entertainment only and does not endorse long‑term calorie counting. Throughout the week she shares daily meals—breakfast on the go, frequent granola bar snacks, various lunches and dinners (including a homemade hamburger with fries, spring rolls, zucchini salad, pierogies, and a keto bar)—and notes the total calorie intake without providing exact numbers. Julia describes her workout experiences in vivid detail: intense glute activation, burning abs, challenging burpees, heavy sweating, and post‑workout soreness. She interweaves motivational commentary about body positivity, encouraging viewers to love themselves now rather than waiting for an “ideal” body, and emphasizes intuitive eating over strict calorie restriction. She also offers practical observations, such as the misconception that sweating equals calorie burn and the mental fatigue of tracking food every few hours. The video concludes with reflections on the drawbacks of prolonged calorie counting, a brief recipe experiment (chickpea cookies), and a call to action for likes, comments, and future video ideas.

This week I did Lily Sabri's lean sculpt and fat burn challenge with a little twist. I'm gonna be counting my calories every day for a week while doing this program. Now I want you guys to keep in mind this is only for entertainment for entertainment purposes. In no way am I promoting or encouraging you guys to count calories. This is just a little experiment as I'm curious to see how many calories I do consume on a daily basis. Also, one more disclaimer: please don't compare the amount of food I eat to you. Everybody's body is different and requires different amounts of food. Even though I am going to be counting my calories for a whole week, I'm still going to be eating intuitively, stopping when I'm full, eating when I'm hungry, and I'm also going to honor all my cravings. Yeah, this is just for fun. I hope you enjoy. Let's get started. So this is my body right before the challenge, just so if you guys are curious to see how my physique looks. Who's my favorite fitness YouTuber? Lily Sabri is definitely one of them. That's one of the reasons I'm trying out another one of her programs. She makes me feel so excited about working out. My abs are burning. Oh my gosh. If you still haven't had the chance to test her workout programs for yourself, what are you waiting for? Try them out and let me know how you feel in the comments. For breakfast, I usually have way more, you guys, but I didn't have time to make anything special since we were heading out to the farmer's market to buy some fresh produce. And for snack, I had a granola bar. FYI, you guys are gonna see a lot of granola bars in this video because they are such a good easy-to-go snack filled with lots of protein and nutrients. I'm going to be happy only when I lose weight, get abs, have clear skin, receive good marks, etc. Why not be happy now? Why not admire your flaws and insecurities? Admire that you're not perfect and admire the progress you've made so far. You have so much good ahead of you, so much to look forward to. Don't focus on things you want to change, focus on your present self. Focus on how beautiful you look at this moment today. If you're still sticking with only home workouts like me, it could definitely become really boring. Not gonna lie, I miss the treadmill, StairMaster, and all the other machines at the gym. So how do I stay committed and motivated at home?. For me, it's finding the best fitness channels I can stick to and not get bored of, and Lily Sabre's channel is one of them. My butt is on fire. I genuinely can't describe what it is, but the realness I get from her workouts is unreal. It almost feels like I'm working out with a personal trainer right beside me. Why are burpees so So challenging. Why do they have to be like that? I'm good, just tired. Believe it or not, your mindset plays such a big role when it comes to weight loss, getting abs, or anything in that matter. Once I started accepting and appreciating my body in all its stages, bloated or lean, only then was I seeing visible changes. Before heading to work, I had this cheese blueberry pie, and then after work I had a pretty late dinner, so I just had a bunch of different things right here. And then I was still really hungry, so I had apples with a lot of peanut butter. I'm here with ya, all of my friends wanna know. I sweat buckets, literally. Who else feels so good after a heavy sweat? For me, sweating is definitely proof I've worked my butt off. But is sweating proof that you're burning tons of calories? Not exactly. A little fun fact: did you know that fit people who have been living an active lifestyle for a while tend to sweat more quickly than people who are just starting out. I know, crazy! So if you're a beginner and aren't sweating as much, even after a long and hard workout, don't worry about it. It's not because you haven't worked hard enough. Some people just don't sweat as much as others. So don't pinpoint sweating as evidence that you've had a good workout. Focus on how you feel at the end. That's what matters most. Start accepting yourself now. Love yourself now. Don't wait to love yourself when you quote-unquote get to your ideal body state. Don't wait to love yourself when you achieve something really great. That's the future, and the future may never come, so focus on the present. I know it might sound so easy, it might sound so cheesy, but that's really all you have. After doing a very intense Lily Sabri workout yesterday, I was very sore. My glutes were literally on fire. So it was pretty tough to do the workout today, but I still pushed through and I got it finished, which is good. There are more negatives than positives to counting calories. While it's a great eye-opener for the type of food you're consuming and how much of it, doing it for more than a week will do more harm than good. There's nothing wrong with wanting to control how much food you're eating, but tracking everything from how much dressing you're putting on your salad to how many almonds or grapes you eat— you shouldn't rely on a calorie tracker to tell you when you should stop eating. Your body knows best. For snack, I had another one of these granolas. Oh my gosh, why is this going so quickly? For dinner, I had that, and then for a dessert, I had that. Wow, that is— oh my gosh, my arms, my abs are literally on fire, you guys. We're Oh my gosh. When people ask, is tracking calories the only way to lean out or lose weight? The answer is no. You don't need to count your calories. It's all about intuitive eating, listening to your hunger cues. Eat when your body is hungry. Eat when your soul is absolutely craving that donut or sugary sweet. Balance is key. Dinner was a chef's kiss. I had a homemade hamburger and these Costco fries. This is how my body looks after doing the challenge. I want you guys to remember that your body fluctuates. One day you may look a lot more toner, and then the other day you might look less toner. Really, really depends on so many factors. Your body is beautiful every single day, no matter what. Counting every single piece of food you consume every couple hours Every day is quite exhausting. That's what I learned while counting my calories for a week. Where's the enjoyment in that? Life's too short to worry about how many calories are in that brownie, really. So my first game plan was to make chickpea cookie dough, but that didn't turn out at all. The cookie dough just did not feel like cookie dough, so I made chickpea cookies instead, and those turned out really, really delicious and super healthy as well. And then for dinner, I had some spring rolls, zucchini salad, pierogies. And then at the end for dessert, I had this keto bar, which was so delicious. Yeah. Okay guys, oh my hair. Okay guys, so that about wraps up today's video. I really, really hope you guys enjoyed watching this what I eat in a week slash testing out Lily Sabri's new program. This was such a blast to film, and I hope you guys give this a like too. But yeah, comment down below for more video ideas, and I will see you guys next week. Bye!
