In this vlog, the creator shares a detailed, realistic 6 AM morning routine designed to boost productivity and set a positive tone for the day. She begins by getting out of bed, staying warm in a hooded blanket and fuzzy socks, and using the downstairs bathroom to avoid waking family. She then meditates for 15 minutes using a “attracting abundance” guided session from the Live the Life You Love channel, followed by journaling to clear her mind. A brief reading session of The Design of Everyday Things follows, reinforcing a habit of learning each morning. She fuels her body with a Built Bar Cookies & Cream protein snack (130 kcal, 17 g protein, 4 g sugar). Next, she practices French: learning five new words via Quizlet, copying them into a notebook, and listening to 10‑20 minutes of French content (a Piece of French video with subtitles). After mental preparation, she works out with dumbbells using a 45‑minute “lean legs” routine from Sydney Cummings. Post‑workout, she enjoys a favorite breakfast of Linda Sun pancakes topped with frozen fruit, bananas, and strawberry yogurt. The routine concludes with a self‑paced French class from 10 am to noon, followed by a walk, YouTube editing, and plans for more frequent uploads. Throughout, she emphasizes consistency, the importance of early productivity, and personal enjoyment of each component.

Good morning! Mornings are my favorite part of the day. Okay, jokes aside, they're actually not my favorite, more so the hardest. I mean, Getting up at 6 AM is not easy, and I doubt it's ever going to be. For me, however, having a very productive and early morning routine really does determine how good the rest of my day is going to look like. If I don't complete the first 4 hours of my day to the best I can, then I just feel really crappy and disappointed in myself. That's why this year I am really trying to make it a consistent habit to wake up at 6 AM and do whatever I need to get done before everyone else wakes up. So the first thing I do right when I get up is I put on my hooded blanket and warm fuzzy socks, just because I feel like I'm always really cold when I get up. And because I don't want to wake up my parents and sister, I use the downstairs bathroom where I wash my face with cold water and brush my teeth. I don't wanna bring you down, I just wanna be free. After all that's done, the first thing I make sure to do is meditate. I know that if I don't meditate in the morning, then I just won't do it at all. So I make sure to get that done and over with as soon as I can. Today I'm doing a 15-minute attracting abundance meditation from the channel Live the Life You Love. After meditating, I move straight into journaling. This bad boy has been a game changer. Whenever I feel overwhelmed and lost, I like to write all my thoughts down. And believe it or not, it makes me feel so much better. After journaling, I read, and the book I'm currently reading is The Design of Everyday Things by Dawn Norman. Definitely really interesting. Okay, so I can go weeks without picking up a book, and I know it's pretty bad, but with this morning routine, I'm forcing myself to read at least a couple pages before starting my day, and it really does make me feel so much more intelligent. Now this is the moment when my stomach starts to growl, which means it's time for our morning snack. And today I'm going to be eating my absolute new favorite protein bar in this entire world, Built Bar. Today I'm eating their new flavor, Cookies and Cream with which is 130 calories, has 17 grams of protein, and only 4 grams of sugar. This bar was just phenomenal. Such a great way to start my day. So after getting that extra fuel from my delicious Built Bar, it's finally time to do some French learning. You guys, I've been super committed to learning the French language, and recently I have created a solid French learning routine that I've been surprisingly sticking to. And I think, I think maybe I'm finally starting to see improvements. So the first thing I do is I learn 5 new words with the help of Quizlet. And to also help memorize new vocab, I rewrite the words I just learned a few times in my notebook. Then after doing that, I listen to 10 to 20 minutes of French, either with a podcast or YouTube video. Today I decided to watch a video from my favorite French YouTuber, Piece of French, with of course English subtitles because I still don't understand anything she says. After focusing on my mind through reading, meditating, and French learning, it is finally time to focus on my body through, of course, exercise. I remember I used to wake up and go straight into working out, but now I prefer to take it easy in the morning, reflect, and wake up my mind before I shift into sweating intensely. Today I'll be doing a workout with dumbbells I recently purchased from Amazon, and to go along with them, I'll be following a Sydney Cummings 45-minute lean legs workout. After doing only no equipment workouts for a whole week, I've missed using weights just a little bit, so I'm happy I can finally turn up the intensity. I just know my legs will be sore after this. Hey guys, surprisingly I'm not as tired as I want to be. But I still know I had a really great workout and that's what matters. So yeah, now I'm really hungry, so let's have breakfast. And now it's time for my favorite part, breakfast. You guys, I look forward to breakfast every single morning and it's most definitely my favorite meal ever. Today I was craving some Linda Sun pancakes and that's what I made. Her pancakes, they never get old. I've said this before and I'll say it again, they're the best pancake recipe out there. I also top my pancakes with lots of frozen fruit, some bananas, and this time I added in some strawberry yogurt on the side. Hey guys, so I just finished eating breakfast. It was so, so delicious, and now I am officially finished my morning routine. After breakfast, that's when my day officially starts. I'm going to be starting off by doing French class. I like to start French at around 10 o'clock, and then I end it at 12. So I'm doing a self-paced French class, so we can end and start whenever we want. There are really no strict deadlines at all, which is so, so great. So I usually like to to work on it for a couple hours, and then I just go on a walk and like focus on YouTube, edit, and all that. So yeah, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I'm definitely gonna be posting a lot more frequently now that I only have one class this semester and next semester, so I'm basically vibing. But hopefully you guys enjoyed. I actually have a really exciting video planned next week, so stay tuned for that. But yeah, I love you guys so much. Bye! I'm just a passerby for you.
