REALISTIC What I Eat on a WEEKEND! | Thanksgiving dinner, lots of desserts + ankle weights workout!

In this weekend vlog, Julia (Speaker A) walks viewers through a full Thanksgiving Saturday and Sunday, starting with an ankle‑weights glute workout and a yogurt‑bowl breakfast, then detailing snacks, lunches, and a lavish Thanksgiving dinner. She frequently mentions where she buys food (mostly Costco) and equipment (Amazon), offers casual product recommendations, and contrasts her healthier weekday eating habits with the indulgent weekend approach. Speaker B briefly chimes in with a morning routine and overnight oats. The video emphasizes a relaxed, guilt‑free attitude toward holiday eating, showcases specific dishes (avocado‑bagel, rainbow trout, pumpkin pie, cheesecake, etc.), and ends with a call for viewer engagement.

Good morning everyone! So to start off my morning, I did an ankle weights workout. By the way, I got my ankle weights from Amazon, and honestly you guys, they are so, so effective when it comes to building your glutes at home. And pairing it with a resistance band will just be a game changer in your glute journey. So definitely try to invest in one for sure, especially if you're sticking to at-home workouts. And yeah, that was the workout. For breakfast, I had a refreshing yogurt bowl. By the way, the yogurt I get is from Costco. It is this Yogo Pure Vanilla. It is so, so delicious. And I just topped the yogurt with a bunch of different toppings. And while I was eating it, I watched Linda Sun. As you guys probably noticed, I get a lot of inspiration from her. She's such a great content creator and and I absolutely love her so much. She's got the phone call. Hey guys, so I just finished getting in my morning workout and eating a very delicious breakfast, and now I kind of just want to talk about what this video is going to look like. So it is actually Thanksgiving long weekend here in Canada, so I thought, you know, what better way but to share this holiday with you guys by showing you what I eat on Saturday and Sunday. I'm so excited. I'm gonna be eating a ton of different delicious foods. I mean, it is Thanksgiving, of course, so I'm gonna spoil myself for sure. And eat just a bunch of different foods. So I'm really excited, and I also wanted to film this video because what I eat on weekends is a lot different than what I eat on weekdays. I like to keep it a lot more healthier on school days, and then when the weekend comes, I like to, as I mentioned, spoil myself and kind of just eat whatever I want without worrying about if it's healthy or not. So let's get on with the day. I'll see you guys soon. Let's go! For snack, I had some trail mix and a pear to pair it with, no pun intended, while I was doing my essay. Which, yeah, I have to write on the weekend. Fun. For a quick lunch, I had avocado toast— or no, avocado with a bagel. So delicious. And then I also had some mandarin on the side. For dinner, I had some potato fries, salad, turkey sausage, rainbow trout, zucchini. And this was the dinner. By the way, you guys, I had seconds. I just didn't show you guys, but just letting you know, I had seconds, of course, because I love food. For dessert, my parents brought these pastries from a bakery, and they were good, but if I'm gonna be honest, I'd prefer donuts over these any day. But they were again very delicious, and they gave me fall vibes for sure.
Hey everyone, good morning! So I just woke up, it's 8:21 right now, and I'm just gonna have my breakfast. By the way, it's Thanksgiving today, so happy Thanksgiving if anyone from Canada is watching this video. I hope you guys have a really great Thanksgiving and you celebrated with family and friends. But anyway, for breakfast I made myself overnight oats. So yesterday I made some oats and I put them into the fridge overnight and they turned out nicely. I put some chocolate chips in it, so there's a lot of chocolate in here as you guys can see. I just added some banana slices and some frozen grapes. Pretty good. I haven't had oatmeal in so long, so this is definitely really good. Yeah, overnight oats are definitely a lot better than regular oats. I'm just gonna eat this breakfast up and I'll see you guys soon.
For snack, I had some frozen mango from Costco, by the way. I get all my food from Costco if you guys just want to know. Hey guys, so I'm currently making my thumbnail for this video and got pretty hungry, so I'm actually gonna have this little no-sugar keto bar for a snack. This is the fudge brownie flavor and I got this from Costco. It looks like a Reese's Pieces but healthier, so let's give it a try. So this is the shape, it's not bad. So yeah, I'm gonna eat this up and I'll see you guys once I have lunch. I wanted to leave some room for Thanksgiving dinner, so I only had some toast with smoked salmon as a quick lunch, and pretty good, thumbs up. Hi everyone, so we're about to have our Thanksgiving dinner and I'm so, so excited. It is gonna look so delicious. Why is it not focusing? By the way, this is my outfit for the day. I'm wearing these nice slippers. So this is the fit for Thanksgiving dinner, which is— I'm rocking it, literally. So yeah, let's go have dinner. Thanksgiving dinner is about to get started. I'm so excited. For a drink, I had pear-flavored sparkling water. It was very, very sweet. Sweet and refreshing. And of course, you guys, I had the traditional mashed potatoes and gravy. I also had some beetroot salad, some veggie salad, and we actually had chicken instead of turkey just because we couldn't really find turkey. Oh, and I also had seconds, by the way, because as you guys can see, what's plated is not really enough. I was still really hungry, so I had seconds. I just didn't show you guys. Little FYI. And for dessert, oh my gosh, I love pumpkin pie so much, so I had that. And I also had another favorite dessert of mine, which is cheesecake. Oh my gosh, this was the best day ever. I haven't had cheesecake in so long. I'm literally drooling while talking about this. It's so, so delicious. So I had one slice of each, but then wait, I also had another slice of each after. Just so you guys know, I— this is so good, I could literally eat the whole cake. So yeah, that was really delicious. I am so full, you guys. Oh my gosh, I actually had 2 slices of pumpkin pie and 2 slices of cheesecake, which I didn't show you guys, which is proof that I eat so much more than plated. I eat so much more than I show on camera. So that's another thing you guys have to keep in mind. These What I Eat in a Days aren't realistic. And honestly, I don't feel guilty in the slightest. I know it's the holiday, I know I'm allowed to treat myself. And you guys, I'm just so happy that I got to eat my favorite desserts and my favorite dinner. So yeah, that's gonna end off this video, you guys. I really, really hope you enjoyed watching this What I Eat in a Day Weekend Edition. Comment down below for more videos ideas, and I'll see you guys next week. Bye!
