Julia shows what she eats while juggling four college courses and struggling with her mental health. Breakfast is oatmeal, lunch is usually a bagel with cream cheese and veggies (no protein), and dinner is whatever her family orders. She's overwhelmed by the workload jump from high school and jokes about crying herself to sleep.

School is fucking stressful. Wow, that's the first time I said the F word out loud and with this much confidence. Gosh, I'm really over my head these days. Anyways, yes, I've been having a hard time with school this year. It just came to me that I don't know how to actually learn or study or whatever you want to call it. I've gotten so relaxed with my one class in grade 12 that this big leap to 5 classes is not doing my mental health any justice. Wait, little mistake. I meant to say 4 classes because I unfortunately had to drop one. Yeah, it's that hard. And if I still want to post at least once a month, it had to be done. For breakfast, as you guys saw, I had oatmeal, the only meal I actually I actually put the most effort in. It's also a meal that gets me excited in the morning. So many carbs, yes I know, but it's 90% worth it. For lunch, I've basically been having the same thing: a bagel with cream cheese and veggies with hummus. Where's the protein? No comment. And then after the workday is finished, at least for my parents, we have a family dinner, which was sushi and chicken wings today. Takeout slaps. Might not be the best choice, but at least it has some protein. And that's it, off to continue studying, aka crying myself to sleep. Just kidding.
