In this upbeat vlog, the creator walks viewers through a typical day focused on achieving a flat, toned stomach. She begins with a 40‑minute lower‑body, abs, and HIIT workout she calls a "Growing in a Nastay" routine, emphasizing the benefits of morning exercise such as increased productivity, better focus, improved sleep, mood boost, and weight‑loss without dieting. While exercising she shares three at‑home workout motivation tips: (1) finish your workout first thing in the morning, (2) treat exercise as a hobby rather than a chore, and (3) avoid putting excessive pressure on yourself, allowing rest days and lighter activities on weekends. After the workout she prepares a hearty breakfast (details not specified) and later, while doing online school work, snacks on a dark‑chocolate‑sea‑salt protein bar from Costco. For dessert she attempts a no‑bake healthy cheesecake bar recipe she found on YouTube, which disappoints her, so she substitutes a celebratory cookie that she enjoys. Throughout the video she stresses that daily routines vary, encourages viewers not to compare her intake to theirs, and ends with a motivational sign‑off, expressing love and confidence in her audience.

Oh! Oh! Stop! Hi, how you doing? Uh, Sarah— Hey everyone, good morning! So I'm really excited for this video. It's gonna have a ton of different things: my workout routine, what I eat in a day, and so much more. So stay tuned. I woke up at around 7 o'clock, got dressed, and ready to do my morning workout. I absolutely love morning workouts. They make me feel so good and productive, so I'm gonna do that. Today is actually gonna be a Growing in a Nastay. I'm gonna be doing her 40-minute lower body abs and HIIT workout. Let's start this workout. While you guys watch this video, I'm also going to be sharing 3 at-home workout training tips I use to help me stay motivated without the gym. So my first tip is to get your workout finished and over with in the morning. I'm telling you guys, morning workouts hit different. Working out right when you wake up not only gives you a sense of productivity and accomplishment early on in the day, but there are also so many proven benefits to it. Better focus, fewer distractions, improved sleep, and overall a better mood. One benefit I do want to emphasize, and the benefit that I have really seen play out in my life, is leaning out or weight loss. Now there are obviously a lot of factors that come into play if you want to lean out and lose a few pounds, but I've noticed after a couple of weeks of doing morning workouts before breakfast every day back to back, my physique has really started to lean out and change. And the exciting part about this is I didn't restrict any foods or go on a diet. Oh wow, that was crazy. All I did was change my workout time from 5 PM to 8 AM. I love morning workouts because they genuinely set the tone for the day and make me feel so productive and happy, and they also give me really excited for a delicious and filling breakfast. But with that being said, morning workouts aren't for everyone, and that's totally fine. At the end of the day, it's really up to you and your body. Whatever time you feel you can work your hardest and smartest is essentially the best workout time. Okay guys, so that about wraps up my workout routine. Obviously every single day is different, but today this is how my workout looked like. So now, I don't know about you guys, but I'm feeling super hungry, so we're gonna go and make ourselves a very delicious breakfast. Let's go! Tip number 2 is to make working out a hobby, not a chore. I think the most simple and overlooked tip is to just enjoy working out to begin with. If you absolutely dread getting out your yoga mat knowing you'll be doing hundreds of burpees and push-ups, then that's where your first problem arises. Because you most likely have less options and freedom at home when it comes to what exercises you do and what equipment you use, you have to be very diligent with the type of workouts you choose. Forget about achieving abs, a flat stomach, a rounder butt for a minute and think about the process. Find ways in which you can make exercising a hobby, not a chore or some kind of boring project assigned by your teacher. Hi. Okay, apparently you just joined the class yesterday, right? Yeah, yeah, I finished the intro assignment and I'm working on the other one from yesterday. Okay, perfect, that's great. I'll see you guys after my class. Hey guys, so I've been working on school for about 2 hours now and I'm pretty hungry, so I'm gonna have a little snack. You guys, I'm gonna have this Simply Protein bar which I got from Costco. This is the dark chocolate and sea salt one. Now tip number 3 is don't put too much pressure on yourself. Similar to tip number 1, don't make working out a chore or something you have to do every day. When it comes to moving and doing any physical activity, your body knows best. You guys have to remember that you don't need to work out every day. Actually, you shouldn't work out every day. Your body needs rest. If you want to see results, you have to give your body time to recover, your muscles time to rebuild. When it comes to me, I take it easier on weekends. On Saturdays, I love to stretch, do some yoga, something less intense, and then on Sundays, I take a complete rest day. If that means sitting on my butt all day, eating peanut butter and jelly, and watching YouTube videos, Count me in. Hopefully all the 3 tips I shared continue to inspire and motivate you to work out and just to enjoy living an all-around healthy lifestyle. You guys got this. You're beautiful. You're awesome. I love you all. For dessert, I really wanted to try out these no-bake healthy cheesecake bars. Now I am obsessed with cheesecake so much, so I was really, really excited when I found this recipe on YouTube, which I'm gonna link in the description below. And again, these cheesecake bars are absolutely healthy, and I was just really, really excited to try them out. I was a little disappointed at the end because I They did not taste as good as I was hoping they would. They turned out to be a fail. I honestly did not enjoy eating this dessert, which kind of sucks. So yeah, that was dessert. Ruda, yeah, thank you. Because the cheesecake bars didn't go as planned, I decided to have a little celebration cookie as an alternative for dessert, and they were very delicious. And I was satisfied, and it was a great way to end off my day. Okay guys, so that about wraps up today's video. I really, really hope you enjoyed watching. I hope you guys got a little perspective and overview of the type of food I ate today. Now keep in mind, every day is different. Some days I eat more, some days I eat less. Actually, no, I don't eat less. It's either this or more. And obviously Every single day my food changes, so this is nowhere near realistic, and you guys shouldn't compare my eating to your eating because everybody needs different amounts of food. Anyway, I love you guys so much. I hope you enjoyed this video. I will see you guys in my next one. Bye!
