A YouTube vlog (uploaded Dec 19, 2025) following Harvard freshmen during the last days of their first year. Sofia Garza and peers appear on-camera recounting exams (mentioning an Actin B final), campus events (Eleganza), social gatherings (picnics, lunches, Crimson editorial picnic), moving-out and packing, and reflective thoughts about priorities, friendships, and savoring campus moments. Tone is informal, nostalgic, and upbeat; the video mixes candid interviews, B-roll of Harvard landmarks (the Yard, Annenberg), and food/activity scenes.

Hey, guys. Welcome back to Julia's YouTube channel. Today we're in Annenberg, and it's exam period. Whoa. Transition. What are we doing here? We're going to Eleganza. Eleganza? What's Eleganza? Eleganza is only the biggest dance and fashion show at Harvard University. It's really hype. We are working for the Harvard College Instagram. Oniba. Let's go. These beautiful girls. I don't know who this is. It's Star Lord. It's Chris Pratt. My name is Sofia Garza, and I sit on the couch and watch TV and eat popcorn, and sometimes I go to school when I want to, and this is the best ice cream place ever. But they don't have it in Boston. It is final fleek. You know what that means? That means pain and suffering. But we're almost done. Yesterday, I had my Actin B final, and we were allowed to have a Qiqi. Did I find what I was looking for? I didn't. I'm like, wow, this is genius. It's like Google. If I don't want something, I can just come to the terms list, find what I'm looking for. If not, I can just go to specific sections. Did that happen? Not at all. But I finished the test on time. I am now getting ready for a picnic slash study session by the river. And I'm taking my bed sheets with me because I was curling my hair the other day and I burned it, so now it has a hole. Kind of cute, right? It adds some personality to it. This is the fit today. I hear you. Your feelings are valid. Yes. Hi. Love you. Julia. We're on the way to the river. What do you have to say? I love the river. What do you love about the river? The water. I love water, too. So, after eating at one picnic. After eating at one picnic and having lots of food, where are we going? Sanjana, we're going to another picnic. Crimson editorial picnic. Hi, I'm Giovanni. I'm from Italy. I'm under the flowers in Adams. This is kind of strange, but. Yeah. Hi, my name is Sid. Hi, I'm Hannah. Hi, I'm Natalie. I'm very happy to be down to finals. I'm very happy to be the. You should follow along for our vlog. Happy birthday to you. It's the little things. Yeah. Hey. Hi, y'. All. It's the last day. I'm moving out, officially. Julia has been the sweetest roommate, y'. All. You have been the sweetest. I love Julia. I love you. After nine months of Procrastination. I have finally decided it's time to clean my room. And I'm very proud of myself that I only did it now. That I didn't waste my time before because I'd have to do it anyways. And you know what? Momento mori. Every second, every minute that passes, it's the price you pay for your life. So sometimes we think of death as the end, but death actually happens every day. Every day you're closer to. To. To mortality and the way you spend your time, like you have full control over that. So why clean your room when you can live and enjoy life? So for me, it's one of my last days in Bergen Preston. And I'm really going to miss all these statues and portraits and paintings. Most of all because I feel like I've really forged a strong, deep body testimony to them. Hi, my name is Helen and I endorse Dunkin. I'm boycotting Starbucks because they are up charging for less ice now. Who is doing that? Hi, Julia's YouTube. I need to get one eyebrows done. I know this mascara is phenomenal. That's all I have to say. And it's ending. So it's not even at its full potential, but highly recommend. It is time for end of the year. Reflections on the floor. I'm thinking one exploration. There are so many possibilities, so many things to do. And people who come here usually have also many interests, many talents. And it's important to narrow it down. And something I learned is to prioritize my time. That's so cliche. To prioritize my time and do the only the things I actually care about. Don't waste my time with anything else. Because four years here are precious. And you should take advantage of. Advantage of every minute, every second. Self control. I used to go to the dining hall, dessert section, whatever. I see an apple pie. What do I do? I see America, freedom, apple pies. I go and eat the apple pie. But I shouldn't. So the second semester I learned not to eat apple pies every time they have apple pieces. Because I don't have to. Right? I can wait. It makes it more special if I don't eat the apple pie every time they have apple pie. Yeah. College is not about the institution. It's more about the people. So when you have homework to do and you have to choose between homework or people, choose people and take your homework with you. Trivial ideas related to language. I just realized that when I record, I look at myself instead of looking at the camera. So maybe I should Start looking at the camera. Living and learning. How often do you rest? Just sit down on the grass and, like, look at the sky? Appreciate nature. Or if you don't live around nature, appreciate the city. How often do you do that? My friends always tell me I can relax. I'm always working, I'm always doing something. But today I'm gonna prove that I can indeed relax to a certain extent. I am either writing for fun or I'm painting. I'm still choosing between the two. This is very sad. Paloma's gone. I'm sitting on her chair, and then Victoria's gone. Crystal will be gone tomorrow, and I'm just here drinking my water. Okay, finals are over, which means we actually have time to sit in the yard and admire Harvard's campus. We've been in the yard for the past, like, three days. As you should. So pretty, so peaceful. We're living life again. Yep. Sunil just came to say bye. We're having lunch after. Is. It's not by just yet. I know, but then it's by after lunch. I know. How do you feel about leaving campus? I don't want to leave. I want to stay here forever. Actually. If I could, like, make the summer go by in like a week, I'd be happy. Like, I feel rested and recharged. I'm ready to do it all over again. You know, I could do finals again. I would. I would do a lot of things just to stay here. Last 24 hours. My freshman tour, I learned that I need to stop trying to be creative for some of the things I do. Like my desk arrangement. It would have been so much better that way, but I chose to do some weird creative setting. That worked out. But if you compare, this is so much better. Living and learning, part two. Now. I'm still packing. Never ending packing. I don't think that's necessary to show, but I hit my headphone on the door. The door thing. Oh, it hurts. Hi, guys. We're in our sexy date at Source right now. We just finished our super good island pizza. It was very. It was so good. Like Hawaiian on another level. Very good. We also have this thing called aranchuni. It's like fried, like cheese balls. Amazing. We love Source. Carpe diem. Last time in this room. Last time. I just wanna be here. Oh, it was last time. This mirror is so dirty. This mirror is extra dirty, though. It's time for seloniki. Bye, Xavier. Hey. How we doing? Good. How are you? Pretty good. What have you learned about yourself this semester? I really learned to, like, take a, like, step back, like, just take a, like, you know, very big picture type of view to everything. Really take my time, enjoy. Just, like, hanging out with friends, walking around the square. Just moments that are just meaningful. Make memories. Siana. Hi. Hi. What have you learned about yourself semester? I learned to put people as a priority of our courses. Helen. Hi. Hi. What have you learned about yourself this semester? I learned that it's important to fully prioritize yourself. Don't wait on anyone. Don't do things because other people want you to do them. Literally, just focus on yourself. And then you learn so much about yourself. Thanks for watching. Have a fantastic day and I'll see you in the next video.
