A system for automating Google Forms responses using a decision log in Google Sheets. Instead of webhooks for each form, an automation runs every ten minutes, reads which forms are active, filters out bot-bait forms, and pulls new responses from the past ten minutes.
The, the person implementing it asks, yeah, what should we do here? AI sees decision log, sees data, and says instead of doing that, we'll just create, let's say, a Google Sheet where the client would log all of the, all of the forms, um, that are either used as like bot bait or, um, log all of the forms that should be active right now. And instead of just having a webhook that pulls new responses from this one form We basically just have, uh, every 10 minutes we have an automation that pulls all of the forms that we have, filters out any of the ones that are used as bot bait that shouldn't be active anymore, and then only, uh, and then pulls all of the responses from the last 10 minutes from all the other forms.
