AI just made half your org chart pointless

AI can instantly analyze every call, email, and meeting to surface winning sales tactics and update playbooks in real time. Middle managers no longer need to manually gather and pass down information. Instead, they can use AI to spot patterns across hundreds of calls and focus on strategy rather than information flow.

Most companies are built like a Roman army, right? You have your chain, you have your managers up there, you have your C-suite, your managers, basically built exactly like that. Now, it, it made sense for one reason, which is pretty much that humans need to carry over information, right? Information has to go up, the decisions have to be made, and the output has to come back down. The thing is that AI pretty much changed it. For the simple reason that AI can read every call, every email, every meeting, everything. The great thing with AI is you can connect it to everything so that the information no longer needs that chain of people, but everyone in that chain can access it independently. A great example for that is, for example, on a sales call, an objection is handled absolutely awesome. Now, what would have had to happen? A manager would have— like, the sales manager needs to review the call, find that piece, don't overlook it accidentally. Put that into like the documentation, into the playbook, into the sales playbook for the next one. So it has to go up first. And then from there, the next sales rep can read that playbook, can read that documentation, and then understands it. Now, the thing is, since now everything is recorded, AI can read everything instantly after the call happens. The AI of every single other sales rep instantly has access to that info. No, doesn't have to go up anymore. It's instantly available. And that can be obviously customized in whatever way you want. We can say either every sales rep's AI has access to every call, which most likely makes the most sense for it to get as much data as possible on what works the best. Or we can have like a central AI that summarizes and extracts these things from every call independently and then directly adds them to the playbook and automatically in the background after every call keeps the entire playbook up to date. And then every rep's AI just has access to that playbook so that you have a unified strategy. Now with that, all the managers in the middle don't need to carry any information anymore. But at the same time, those managers are even more effective because they can now analyze hundreds of calls at the same time with AI, compare those to the numbers, and can instantly find winning strategy proven by the actual numbers. So everyone becomes pretty much more efficient, and at the same time, we eliminate this chain which takes— which just takes information to travel forever. Cannot even talk anymore.
