Slack Block Kit is an underused tool for building interactive to-do apps inside Slack messages. You can create tabbed lists, add and remove items, and generate the JSON with AI. A daily Slack message can surface your full to-do list each morning.
Isn't that awesome? I think it's absolutely awesome, and I think it is highly underestimated. Uh, Slack, like the whole Slack Block Kit, that's what it's called, isn't used nearly enough. A to-do app directly in a Slack message where you can have different tabs up here, create new to-do list, you can add an item, you can, uh, isn't that awesome? You can take them off and everything. Um, yeah, but you can do a ton with Slack, um, message with the Slack Blockit, the actual JSON looks kind of like this. Quite simple to do. You can even let AI do that pretty much. But yeah, that's exactly how I would do it. I would— whoops, there we go. I would have a Slack message every morning that has every single point.
