No, especially your middle management, especially those managers. They do a lot of the tasks that can be automated, that should be automated, should be done by AI, right? Look at your, look at your sales manager's week. What does he, does he do half of the time? Collecting updates, building forecasts, chasing CRM. Just reading off here, obviously all of that comes straight from call recordings, pipeline data, and call recordings and pipeline data are all things that we can pull automatically. We can let all of that generate itself fully automatically. So that— and I'm always saying that I'm not saying replace your team. I am definitely not saying that. I'm saying save your team a ton of time so you don't have to bring in more people to scale. That 100%. But don't replace your current team. But what you can do instead and what you should do instead your, um, is that your sales manager should focus more on coaching the reps, and everything else he does, all of the structural stuff that just wastes time, right? All of that can be fully automated with the forecasting building itself. It can automatically pull call recordings, analyze them and everything, and it can even make your sales manager way more efficient by automatically pulling call recordings, automatically analyzing them based on your, based on your sales script and all of these things, and then presenting that to this person to quickly understand understand which of our sales reps have the lowest numbers that are directly tied to how they are, how they are taking the calls, not because they might have smaller deals that they jump on, right? Smaller calls that they jump on. No, because maybe there it analyzes from their call, from those call recordings, the AI, that this rep actually underperforms on the call, analyzes directly, finds directly out how do they underperform, what could they improve.. And now your sales manager can jump on a one-on-one with that salesperson and can pretty much coach them, can tell them, here, this is the thing I want you to improve. This is a thing you can improve. Just look at these 3 examples right here. Let's train that. Let's make sure you get that thing done, you get that thing done well. And this is really what your sales manager should do and what his week should look like.
