Most companies use AI to make teams faster at the same work. Instead, AI should eliminate repetitive tasks entirely so people focus on judgment and taste. A sales rep could have AI listen to calls, write recaps in their voice, update the CRM, and schedule follow-ups automatically, removing the manual work completely.

Now everyone in your org is pretty much thinking wrong about AI. The job of AI is not to make your team faster and more efficient. It is to eliminate stuff that annoys them, that burns them out, right? It is to eliminate so they can focus on what they're doing. Here's an example. Obviously everyone's adding AI to make it— that is a jet engine on a horse cart. Let me show you an example. Post-call, instead of using AI to write the recap emails faster, we eliminate that fully, right? Instead, the system in the background hears the call, sends the recap in the rep's voice, updates the CRM, books the next meeting automatically. We remove that step in the first place. We fully remove that step. So that is also the reason why Claude is awesome. Claude, you add skills to Claude, you add MCPs to Claude. It is awesome. It speeds up your team a lot. And I love that. I absolutely love that. I'm all for it. But there are so many things that speed up your team with Claude where we wouldn't have to speed up your team because we can eliminate that step fully. We can automate that step in the background fully that runs on the server. Your rep's PC doesn't have to be on even, and it runs automatically. And that is the real thing. That is the real upside of AI to not just save your team time. I'm also saying save your team time 100%. Everything you can make easier for your team with AI, do it. But there are so many things here that you want to save them time on that can be fully automated, which you can eliminate fully, that takes up less mental burden in their head, that it basically makes their whole life simpler, which means they will perform way more effectively on everything that they still have to do, which primarily is the human touch, which are the things that need taste, that need human interaction and taste, right?
