Come spend the day with us in Lufthansa's first class terminal. Naturally, we got to the airport eight hours before our flight. A personal assistant immediately greeted and checked us in and of course gave us limited edition rubber ducks. It's a thing, trust me. This beautiful lounge is about 19,000 square feet. Speaking of feet, I think Nate might be the only person ever to wear Birken socks in the first class terminal. He got some looks, especially when he used the free shoe shiner in the bathroom. There's basically a mini hotel in here in case you need a nap. There are also showers, a sit down restaurant which is being renovated. Hence the construction worker Duckies Cigar lounge if you're into that. Private business rooms and a bar with over 130 different whiskeys. Obviously we chose the most expensive one because everything's free. Quick reminder, we pay for this flight with points. So I use the word free very loosely.
