I honestly have no clue how we're gonna put this vlog together. Besides just like a lot of music and awesome temples. So just be prepared.
Thank you. We just did all that in like five minutes.
And we're running late. Bye.
Bye.
We are off for a full day of exploring templ.
All right. The plan for today is to do this big loop of temples and our first stop is Isma Bon.
This awesome place.
It's so beautiful today.
Getting up early was a fantastic decision and totally worth it.
Yes.
It's not even hot. We are literally like the only people at this temple. This is awesome. Now we're going to touch.
All right. We just arrived at Tassam.
Castle. That sound.
I'm gonna way too much footage to go through today.
We have a serious problem. This battery is already almost dead.
Oh no.
We've only been here for like an hour.
I'm just going to be watching temples for days.
Probably be good for you. That it does. But seriously, how are you supposed to put the camera up? Look at this place.
Especially with the sun.
Look at this.
Good shot, mate.
We just finished temple number two. Tom saw they just keep getting better. Was that your favorite?
It was my favorite.
That was my favorite. The first one was also my favorite.
Tree was so cool.
It was bigger. Like it just kept going. Like doors just kept leading to more doors and doors.
What did they do in all those places?
You think we would have learned that in all the time we spent in the museum yesterday?
Yeah, they didn't really talk about daily life of the Khmer. Khmer, Khmer. Alright, moving on.
On to the next one. I might try to give a little bit of history here and there today, but don't quote me on any of it. Those four heads up there represent an Indian God that I don't remember his name. He comes out of Vishnu's belly button to create the cosmos from the milky stuff. See, that's why he's on top of the temple.
Next up we are headed to Nyak Pyong. This place.
We just remembered some more history about Naga. He got his. His body pulled and the demons and the gods played tug of war with his body and stirred up the the milk sea. And I think that helped create the cosmos. Don't worry. More great history lessons to come.
This is our last temple before lunch.
Over there.
The temple guards. So intimidating.
Sam.
Taking a break.
Much needed. We've been doing temples for like.
Three hours.
That will be a good wedding picture. Think I'll get in trouble for climbing on this.
I see no signs.
Ah. Okay. The answer to that question was yes. Sorry.
Should we set him back up?
He's really heavy.
Good idea to get here early.
Yes. There are tons of people here now. We had it all to ourselves this morning and it is way hotter now. That was our last dimple for the day. And we are hungry, so we are going back to Cum street for lunch.
Plan is to come back early one morning to Angkor Wat and hopefully avoid some of this madness.
Forgot we weren't at the Egyptian temples.
There's no wool.
Those aren't used.
Seriously gonna be sore from all these stairs.
Don't touch that thing. Pretty sure that's one of those fertility things that we saw. You look like an angel.
Yeah, Yeah.
I had to cover my shoulders and my knees, so I'm sweating. I ate my spurt.
I don't think that's proper temple etiquette.
He's coming back.
Indiana Jones.
It's kind of ridiculous, but kind of funny.
We are eating at a place called Smiling Food.
So corny.
So good. So good.
So good.
I've got new.
See. You always see Kara eating because she's too impatient to film me eating my food. When the food gets here, she's all about the food.
So I'm. I'm sure this will be good. But you won't get to see me try it.
