Kara visits Octave at the Marriott, a Bangkok rooftop bar she calls the best after failed attempts at other sky bars. The views span multiple levels, crowds stay light, and the chili-salt-lime peanuts are worth the trip alone.

Baby, hit it.
Today's vlog is going to be a little bit different. We're going to call it a mini vlog because Kara's been working on a new channel trailer for us that we'll be releasing in the next couple of days.
Just missed that one. This is our third time to Bangkok. Every time before this, we've attempted to go to the Sky Bar, and it just hasn't worked out. So tonight, we're going to the best sky bar in Bangkok, at least according to my research, because we haven't been to, like, all 20 of them. We've heard the Octave on top of. The Marriott is supposed to be one of the best, but not, like, super overcrowded like the one that the Hangover made so popular. So that's where we're heading now. Now. Oh, we're gonna miss it.
Go, go, go.
Kara doesn't want to miss the sun.
You.
Well, I think that was the best rooftop bar in Bangkok. Definitely the best peanuts in Bangkok. The Peanuts, they had, like, chili salt and lime. They were seriously the best peanuts I've ever had in my life. Go for the Peanuts. The views were fantastic. There weren't that many people there. Like, on the level below, there's three full levels. And on level 48, there was, like, nobody. If you want to go up to the very top, there were still, like, plenty of tables available. It was nice. Nothing like the nightmare that I read about on the Hangover Hotel. Time to go home. Yeah, baby. Hit it.
Hi, I'm Kara. You might not recognize me. My hair is down and it's fresh and it's clean and it's not in a bun. Oh, this is nice. This is nice. It's like mottled light.
Christmas tree lights.
