Nate and Kara Buchanan spend a day at Blue Bay Beach, grocery shopping and watching a ship get pulled off a reef. Weather shifts around them, they grab ice cream, and they announce plans for a Q&A with their audience.

Wow, my butt is sore from yesterday. So I just finished my coffee. It's a little early for a bike ride, but we've decided to stay here for two more days and we have to turn the bikes in at like 10 o' clock this morning, so I'm running down to the store to get us some food.
Forgot the dang bike lock. What did I do? Hello? Is it okay to leave this right here? I forgot my lock.
I forgot my lock. And it's a long ride. Just for five minutes. Please.

Got his groceries.
We spent the rest of our morning working on vlogs and now we're about to go to the beach.
Apparently they're going to try to pull that big ship off of the reef that we went and saw yesterday. And we're hoping if we walk far enough down the beach, we'll be able to get a view of it. Maybe something exciting will happen. Yeah, maybe we'll just lay on the beach. This vlog could be not very exciting.

Oh, I think they got it. I think they're pulling it right now.
Can you see anything? Oh, wow. They pulled it off the reef. Awesome. It's got four tugboats attached to it. Thank you so much. It's official. There are four tugboats attached to the giant ship that we saw stuck on the reef yesterday. They've pulled it off and they're pulling it somewhere through the ocean.
Oh, Cecilia told me what happened.
What happened?
The men on the boat were trying to overthrow the captain and they got in a fight.
What?
And something. The captain did something and so the men all turned off the motors and that's why it ended up over here and crashed into a reef again.

That is nuts. I don't know how it's still floating. If it was lodged on a reef, I assume it would have a big hole in it. Yeah.
That's the ship. Those are the tugboats. That's the best our Zoom will do.
We just walked down to the Blue Bay public beach. It's a lot less windy over here, so it's a lot warmer. We're going to go find a spot in the sand.
Is it raining? It was like beautifully Sunny and Hot 2 seconds ago and it just started pouring. We're gonna listen to the Tim Ferriss podcast and try to wait it out. It's trying to peek Back out. Blue skies are coming. Time to get back on the beach. It happened again.

Weather is very bipolar today. Taking advantage of the sunshine and going to get some ice cream. It's an interesting place to store your ice cream cones. How's it going? Good, good.
They only have vanilla ice cream, but they have chocolate toppings. Thank you. Back to the beach.
The clouds rolled in again. It's getting a little chilly. Calling it a day. Heading back. There's also this big Emirates or Etihad, I can't remember, a 380 that's been flying over our place every day. Sometime between like 4 and 4:30. And for all you plane nerds out there, you might appreciate it, but I'm gonna try to catch it on video today because I've missed it. Almost got it on the bikes yesterday. But today I'm gonna get a good shot of it. For those of you who don't know what an A380 is, it's a massive double decker airplane. There it is.

That was majestic. I still didn't capture that, like quite as good as I'd hoped to, but that plane's flown over every day. That was the best shot I got of it so far. So pretty exciting. Did you think the plane was cool? Yeah, I think it's cool.
Sorry if today's vlog was a little boring. We pretty much just laid on the beach all day. Mauritius has beautiful beaches, so there's probably going to be a couple more days like this.
