A first-person travel vlog by Nate Buchanan documenting his trip from Cape Town to Victoria Falls. The clip covers returning a rental car (mentions past dispute with Avis), time spent in an airport lounge, a delayed flight (about 1.5 hours), the approach to Victoria Falls at sunset, and arrival procedures in Zambia including a brief baggage scare. The tone is informal and practical, with travel tips (recommendation: Hertz over Avis) and on-the-ground observations.

It's been a pleasure.
About to turn in the rental car. Hopefully this goes better than the last time. Last time we rented a car in South Africa, they tried to say we didn't at the door. Turned into this whole thing where they tried to charge us hundreds of dollars. Luckily, I think Chase, the credit card company, sorted it out and didn't let us charge our credit card because it was ridiculous. Hopefully this goes Smoot. That went much better than last time. Took about two seconds. If you come to South Africa, rent from Hertz, not Avis. Travel tip of the day.
Thank you so much.

A lounge was a already pass lounge, which I usually have, like, really low hopes for because a ton of people can get in them. Those are pulse, but that was pretty good. That is so pretty out there. Sad to leave this place. Okay, I don't think they're boarding yet. Our plane that is supposed to be boarding is supposed to be right there. Back to the lounge? I guess so. All right. Two steps away from the gate. I see no reason to sit here as opposed to the lounge. I said never again. Last time we flew then they were the cheapest and the only direct flight to Livingston. This time, never again.
Hello. Our flight was delayed. Can we come back in? Thank you.
And we're back. And we're leaving again. Bye. Thank you.
Finally boarding an hour and a half later.

The mist coming up right there is Victoria Falls.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We're in Zambia. It was a great flight. We timed it perfectly during the sunset. So we got to see the Zambezi river and sunset. And we could even see the mist coming up from the falls.
And it's warm. Great flight. Now we have to figure out customs and immigration, and I think somebody's supposed to be coming to pick us up to take us to our hotel. And we are literally the only plane at this entire airport. We have literally been off the plane for, like, two minutes and we're already through customs because only, like, five people got off of our flight. The rest of the flight is continuing on to Nairobi. It's convenient.
Now we gotta find our bags. I hope they didn't continue on to Nairobi.
Oh, they didn't. No, mine didn't. That's not good.
Where is your bag? I think my bag might be going to Nairobi. The carousel has shut down and we only have one.
Breathe deeply.
One more reason to hate Kenya Airways. This guy's on walkie talkie. I'm hoping he's telling the plane not to leave for Nairobi.
Hello?
Please help me. You did it.
Did you have to stop the airplane? We just have to go inside and check all the bags in front instead of the back. Oh, perfect. Thank you very much. We appreciate it. Thank you so much. She was about to start crying.
Thank you. We are literally the only two people left in this airport. I really hope somebody's going to pick us up. Yep. Yay.
We are Kara and Nate or Nathan Buchanan. You're showing one. Here you are. You are two two y.
Kara's, like, really enjoying this movie.
It's an owl. How cool is that?
At least we. Oh.
Whoa. Showing off for the camera. If I can catch it in the camera.
To pick up Warren Buffett. What car did you get? Oh, there was no car. It's the helicopter.
The helicopter from his private jet. He went into the helicopter to the launch.
