Nate and Kara Buchanan arrive in Danang after a flight delay, grab coconut coffee and dry pho from the street, then meet Jeff's family for a home-cooked dinner before heading out to see the Dragon Bridge light up and breathe fire and water.

Our flight was supposed to take off at 9:05. This is the current situation.
This is the first time we've ever gotten in trouble for filming on an airplane.
One of our friend of a friend lives here, and we're gonna be hanging out with him a little bit this week.
And he has offered to pick us up from the airport, which is gonna be awesome because now we don't have to get on a public bus and hope that it's taking us to the right place.
It's gonna be so nice.
What's up? Welcome. How are you? Thank you.
Just got to our hotel room. It's no Hilton or cruise ship, but come down.
Way down.
It'll do.
I think we're gonna sleep till lunchtime tomorrow.
Can't wait to actually see Danae.
The Dragon bridge got me excited.
The dragon bridge.
Was so cool.
We're going to slee.
Kara decided to sleep in and skip breakfast, so I'm gonna bring her breakfast in bed.
Until about five minutes ago, I hadn't gotten out of bed and I was still wearing my clothes from yesterday.
We've had a lot of late night vlog editing and then getting up early to do tai chi and stuff.
We were tired. So now it's lunchtime and we're gonna go get some.
That's what we're getting.
I'm definitely investing in one of these when we get home.
This looks awesome.
I love this dish.
Better than pho soup.
It's better than pho soup. I would describe it as Vietnamese pad Thai.
It's pho X, A, O, which I think translates to pho without the broth. You just get your broth on the side. Genius.
Well, I think we have a new favorite dish.
It wasn't very good, as you can tell from how much food we had left on our plates. I think that I like the stir fried noodles, like, five times better than pad Thai. I hate to say it, but I. I think Vietnam is quickly replacing Thailand as the top country on my food list.
I'd say they're fighting for first place for sure.
The khao soi from Chiang Mai is keeping Thailand in the race, but besides that, I think Vietnam has it beat in most food areas.
All right, this is always fun.
Just gonna open my wallet and see.
How much money he takes for figuring out how to pay is always exciting.
We have no idea how much this costs.
100. So that's like.
$4.4Ish. Say that's a deal. We've been here for like 16 hours and haven't seen any of this city. So we're just gonna take a loop and see what we see.
Maybe look for a coffee shop.
Yeah, I'm always kind of on the lookout for coffee.
So.
We found a winner. The coffee place right next to our hotel has coconut coffee. So we're gonna go see if this is good with the one. It's annoying.
The one by default. It was the closest.
It's looking promising.
It's just as good.
Is it? Yes.
The coconut on top doesn't taste as sweet as the other one. It kind of tastes, like, super fresh. Like she just chopped it up and put it on top of the drink.
She did. I saw her.
Are you serious?
Yeah. And it's two steps away from our hotel, and it's a dollar less than a dollar.
So Jeff, the guy who picked us up from the airport last night, invited us over to his house to have dinner with his family. And we are so excited to get a home cooked meal.
We're probably just gonna end the vlog here. Unless something interesting happens after din.
We just had a great dinner with Jeff and Nancy, and it turns out that we are doing something interesting tonight. They're taking us to see the dragon bridge that blows fire and water turned into a family affair. Well, they've let us join their family affair. It's.
You just have to spin it like 20 times to get into the room.
Look at how many lights are in our hotel room.
It's like they're gonna do surgery in here or something. What is that?
It's for surgery. It kind of looks like a cheese.
Grater.
Or a sponge ruining.
I think we're delirious. That a pretty photo?
Yeah. Just turn it off.
