This is a field-recorded YouTube video (Day 4 of a Kenya clinic) showing Nate Buchanan, Kara, and Ben preparing and running a medical clinic at a school. The clip includes a brief site tour (water source, kitchen/dining hall, farm produce), descriptions of clinic setup, and repeated verbal reports of patient volume: Kara reports "yesterday we saw 525 patients" and 8 referrals to hospital; by just past noon the team had seen "well over 300" patients and anticipated setting a daily record; later Kara also says they saw "over 625 patients" (speaker-reported counts vary). The work documents high patient demand, wound care/ear-cleaning workload, local logistics, and staff interactions.

Kara's been cleaning out ears all day.
Kara, how was wound care?
It was a big day at wound care. I think we had about five minutes where I sat down and that was it. The whole entire day. It was crazy. Everybody wanted their ears cleaned. Everybody had wounds. It was intense. But I think we saw like over 625 patients.
