A first-person YouTube travel vlog by Nate (with Kara) documenting Day 2 of a luxury cruise in Halong Bay. Scenes include an early-morning Tai Chi class (starts at 6:30), a cave visit to Bai Chi Long Bay (the cave was reportedly found in 2007 and once housed three families), kayaking among the karst islands (they encounter a jellyfish), and onboard/facility highlights (family suite upgrade to the third floor, heated toilet seat, meals). The vlog ends with positive recommendations to book with Signature Cruises and notes about returning to Hanoi/Da Nang.

It's about 6 o'. Clock. A Tai Chi class starts at 6:30. No clue what tai chi is, but we'll try it out. Kara told me she was going to join me for tai chi this morning.
This is like the seventh time I've tried to wake her up.
I'm going up to do touchy.
Love you. Love you. She's not coming.
Tai chi was really fun. I didn't feel like I was very good at it. Like, some of the moves were like backwards monkey and grab the bush tail and the wind. Now we're gonna go explore some caves and kayak.
This is Bai Chi Long Bay. This cave belongs to Baichi Long Bay. It's far from the shore about now. From here it's about 20 kilometers. We're about to go in the cave. We just learned that they've only found this cave in 2007.
There were three families living here when they originally found the cave. And the government gave them money and a bigger fishing boat and helped them build a better life outside of the cave. And now they're gonna see where they used to live. And we already lost a.
The cave was really awesome. Our boat got here before everyone else. Now there's like a thousand people waiting.
To go in the cave. There's literally a line all the way from the cave down to the water.
And we had it all to ourselves. Now we're going to eat.
No, we're going to kayak.
Oh, now we're going to kayak.
Thank you.
They're going to push us.
There we go. We hope it doesn't flip with camera. Thank you. Here we go. Go.
We're going to take a loop around.
The islands via Nate's muscles because Cara's holding the camera.
All 3,000 islands in. Ha. Long day around.
Very small.
You're doing awesome, Nate.
Thanks.
You're so strong. Keep up the great work.
Thanks. This is beautiful.
It is beautiful. You really don't realize how huge these rocks are until you're right next to them. I mean, look at that. These are awesome.
Whoa. We caught a jellyfish.
Cool.
All right, put him back if you can. Let go.
I'm gonna miss this huge bed, these fluffy pillows, this bed with flower petals on it that we didn't use. This balcony, this really cute couch thingy, this bathroom. But most of all, the heated toilet seat. Just kidding. I think I'm gonna miss the food. We're about to eat our last meal.
Time for breakf.
And I'm having chocolate cereal.
Dry.
Sadly, we are heading back to shore. Just boarded the band.
Time to go back to Hanoi.
We just got to the airport and we have a few closing thoughts about our cruise.
There are literally hundreds of cruises that go around Halong Bay and you could research until you went cross eyed. Don't waste your time. Book with Signature Cruises. We had a fantastic experience.
Take our word for it. It was so much fun. The boat is really nice. The staff was just so fun to talk to and they were so sweet and the food couldn't have been better. So coming from you know that it's good food and we just fit a lot into a really small amount of time, I was really impressed. But definitely booked two days because we were not ready to leave.
We got so excited when we got there that we forgot to mention that we got upgraded to the family suite on the third floor. That's why we had two beds and a balcony. So thank you for making our experience awesome. Signature Cruises.
Now it's time to board our flight for Da Nang.
World's largest jellyfish. What in the world? I've never seen anything like that.
It looks like a trash bag, but I promise it's a jellyfish.
The lamp is singing we wish you a merry Christmas.
