A few days ago we hiked up to the top of Lion's Head and today.
The top of Table Mountain. Remember, like the three days ago when we were hiking to the top of Lion's Head and Kara said there was no way she'd do Table Mountain again. So are we gonna do it again? No. Yeah, you said yes.

It is a beautiful Sunday here in Cape Town. The High today is 75, so by far the most beautiful day we've had yet. And I talked Kara into hiking to the top of Table Mountain with me by telling her that after we went to the top we could go back and lay on the beach for the rest of the afternoon.
We're about to hike right there.

So we've come to a split in the trail. We can either go this way or this way. And we don't know. Kara. This might be longer than I wanted it to be. Which way? I don't know.

This is gonna be my proposal.
We haven't talked about this before this moment turns out that it took us up the wrong trailhead to begin with. We've now been on the trail for well over an hour. We've got to get run over by trail runner. Have covered very little vertical feet up the mountain. We've just walked beside it to the trail that we're actually supposed to be on. Now this sign says it's gonna be two hours to the top. Which would give us very little beach time left this afternoon that I've promised to care.
So I'm good with heading back, going to get some fish and chips and hanging out on the beach this afternoon. Really I would be demanding that we go to the top if we hadn't been there before. But we've already been there once. We'll like link a picture so you can see the top of Table Mountain. I'm sure you could just google it. It's a beautiful day. Anyway. We got like the majority of the view from half fish way up.
I can't believe you're making this proposal. Are you sure?
Yeah. I mean, are you doing it for me. I mean, look, we. It's a long way up. We still have two plus hours of this to go.
