Nate Buchanan, Kara, and Charlie drive to Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina to explore an abandoned bank that became a sniper tower during the war. They eat local food, meet a subscriber, and climb through the building's roof and interior before a camera malfunction forces them to switch devices.

Please still be there. Please. Oh, I see it. It's still there.
Please don't have a clamp on the tire. Please have all the windows.
Today's vlog is starting with a sentence that I never thought I would say. This morning we are driving Bosnia and Herzegovagin.
Herzegovaginia.
Herzegovina.
Now we have a two hour drive.
I wonder if we need Google Maps for the directions.
I'd say I have no clue how to get to Bosnia.
Your directional sense isn't even good.
I think we drive. Hang a rod.
Hang a rod. Arch will get us in hanger. Right.
So if I imagine we've got to head inland and then up through the.
Top, I'm literally typing Bosnia and Herzogen.
No type Mostar. So before like a few weeks ago, Bosnia was not on our radar at all. And then I came across a blog post about this beautiful town called Mostar. And that's about all it took. And now we're on our way there.
All fumbles.
Listening.
There's nobody at this.
It's very worrying that it's a very expensive toll. We've been on an empty, beautiful road for so long. Tzushk. How much was that?
We're in. We're not. I don't think we're in. I think we're stamped out of Croatia and now we're probably heading to Bosnia.
We're in Croatian. Bosnian limbo.
Somebody's not wearing their seatbelt. Chad.
Kara, put your seatbelt on. Next up, Bosnia.
Oh.
Very sorry. Hello.
Where are you off to now?
I just have to get closer.
We're back in Croatia. Very sorry, Josh.
He was very nice. Even when I blew past the border stop and Kara was wearing her hat and sunglasses and looked like a convict.
We doing now? Stop here. I think we're done now.
Are we.
Good to go? Thank you.
Mushy, mushy, mushy, mushy.
African. I don't know what he said.
Where are we?
Nady. We are officially in Bosnia and we're.
Back on the toll roads, which we love. What are you up to back there, Kara?
Just editing.
Office on the road.
Nice. Ha.
Home for the night.
Hello. Hi. Pasta. Nina?
Yes.
I'm Nate.
You have a reservation?
Yes, for three. Three? Yes. Wow.
We have a balcony.
I'd say probably the nicest house room area.
It really is. Hello, Mostar.
And the lady here is like the nicest woman I've ever met.
What a view.
Beautiful. We just got checked into our hostel. The super nice lady recommended this restaurant to Go eat at. She said it was cheap, the food was local and it was all fresh. And on our way, we located the most popular bridge in the city.
I even sit here. It's a perfect three person table. Loving the prices at this place. This is like a big, proper meal. And it's only like $4.50 U.S. wow. I don't even know what kind of meat it is. Is this veal?
Beef and veal.
Beef and veal.
Delicious.
Oh, Kara, think you got enough food for lunch?
Protein loading.
Did you get the four person serving?
I love how I was gonna order a salad and I was like, no. I have a meat platter.
Long sausages, you can have as much. Short sausages, a large saus.
And some chicken.
How is it? Walk me through the flavors that you're feeling on your palate.
I feel some, like, grill. I'm feeling some fat chunks.
This is Julia, and she just saw us eating at this cute little cafe because she watches our vlogs. I'm so happy you came and said hello.
Subscriber here.
Love her. See ya. You couldn't do it.
Too much self control. I could do it. I chose not to.
Maybe you should enter one of those professional eating competitions. Hello. Great. How are you? People are so nice. In Bosnia.
Lunch was delicious. Guillerma, our waitress, made it like 10 times better. She was incredibly nice.
Totally gonna rate her on Trip Advisor. And if you're ever in Mostar, you should go there. And now we are heading towards this abandoned building. Julia told us that she went there and just confirmed that we should go because we're already thinking about it. It's an abandoned bank that was used as a sniper tower during the war.
It's gonna be awesome.
We're all skating this way, which is where Julia pointed, but we have no clue where this bank is.
Finding the abandoned bank is proving to be very difficult, considering Nate's phone is still in a coma. My phone is dead, and Charlie's phone doesn't have Internet.
We are now hiking up through a park to try to get a view of the city. The building's pretty big, so we think if we can get up above the tree line, be able to locate it.
We've asked a couple locals and they're.
Just like, nobody's been very helpful.
We made it to the top. We think we see the sniper tower right somewhere down there. That one. See you later, Dave.
All right, Nate, what's happened?
I think it's about time to throw away the skateboard. I've ruined yet another camera. I had a wreck. Luckily, this time, I didn't shatter the LCD screen, but the menu button is smashed in right there. The camera appears to work, but it. The record button isn't. I think if we can just get a, like, knife and get the menu button out, it'll. It'll all be good. But for now, we're gonna film the abandoned bank on Charlie's outfit.
We found it.
And leave these puppies at home.
There's a lot of glass back here. Someone's built up the steps for us already.
Set this up nicely. We've got, like, an hour until the sun sets, which is when they say all the druggies show up.
Perfect.
On. All right, let's do this.
Oh, this is incredibly creepy. There's the old bathroom.
There's just graffiti and trash and shards of glass everywhere.
Is that the old elevator shaft?
Yeah, right there.
That's hectic.
The views are incredible.
Wow.
This is crazy. Come to Bosnia just for this.
Welcome to Mostar.
It's crazy to think that this was, like, it's not only a cool, abandoned building, but that this is where, like, the sniper sat during the war. Somebody's lined up some bullet casings.
We made it to the roof, but we're feeling really sketchy and, like, somebody's gonna call the cops on us.
We've been up here for, like, a total of 30 seconds, and now it's.
Time to head, so we're running. Plus, there's a security camera in that corner over there.
Awesome. And worth it as long as we don't get in trouble. The way down sounds great.
We made it out. So far, we haven't been arrested. Big success. Going up was really cool, but all these bullet holes on the side are probably the craziest part. A huge reminder of what happened here, like, just over 20 years ago. Recording. Look at that. As soon as we get out of the bank. Yay. It's working.
Don't turn it off.
We're just gonna record all the way home. This building right behind us is the bank that we just went to the top of. It was absolutely insane. I'm a little frustrated that the camera decided to work now instead of when we were inside the bank. But hopefully, Charlie's iPhone did okay with capturing the footage.
Nate's collecting a few followers. Looks like we had about 10 behind us.
Spinsy.
An old woman just walked past us while we were driving.
It was only five.
Six.
Perfect.
I love it.
Cristiano Ronaldo. Charlie's taking offense to this map. I feel like there is no being for myself. It's missing a continent. We'll let you guess which one.
In fairness, Scandinavia doesn't look like that either.
Where did you get that fur jacket? Wardrobe.
