This is a YouTube video titled "Polar plunge above the ARCTIC CIRCLE🥶 #travel #norway #polarplunge #arctic" created on February 3, 2023. It features a conversation between two speakers discussing their experience of doing a polar plunge in the Arctic Circle during winter, describing the freezing conditions and their preparations for the plunge.

Oh, my gosh. Polar plunge in the Arctic Circle.
We are currently on a ship above the Arctic Circle in the middle of winter. It's absolutely freezing and we're about to jump in the water. Usually when we're outside, we're either wearing super warm insulated onesies or these giant dry suits that keep everything dry except our head and our hands. Being outside in a robe right now feels so wrong. I decided to cheat a little and went in the sauna to get my body temperature up first, because five minutes ago we were actually in the water with Orcas and I'm already freezing.
Oh, wow.
Think warm thoughts. But eventually, I could install any longer.
There we go. Polar plunge in the Arctic Circle.
Oh, my gosh.
That was crazy.
Stay in there. Stay in there.
That was too long. Too long. That was too long. Cheers. This is well deserved.
