This is a short personal vlog by Nate Buchanan documenting his 11th anniversary celebration at an Airbnb in Joshua Tree (video uploaded July 25, 2024). He discovers a 100 foot indoor swimming pool, drives to Walmart to buy two pool floats, struggles to inflate them, and spends the evening having a movie night while floating in the pool. The floats made viewing the TV difficult but the couple laughed and considered the night their most memorable anniversary yet.

We just checked in to this crazy Airbnb in Joshua Tree for our 11 year anniversary and as soon as I saw this 100 foot indoor swimming pool, I knew I could make this our most memorable anniversary yet. So I jumped in the car, drove to Walmart, picked up two pool floats, drove back to the house.
Almost passed out trying to blow these up as fast as possible. But it was all worth it when we poured a glass of wine through the floats in the pool and spent the rest of the evening having a movie night in pool. I can't think of a better way to end this night. Honestly, this was a better idea. In theory, the floats moved everywhere and we couldn't really see the tv, but we had a good laugh and did accomplish the goal of making this our most memorable anniversary yet.
