Tallinn to MOSCOW, RUSSIA! Ariklassi Business Lounge & Aeroflot Airlines

A first-person YouTube travel vlog by Nate (with Kara) documenting their trip from Tallinn to Moscow. They visit the Ariklassi business lounge (including free massage-chair tokens), fly a short flight to Moscow, navigate a low-cost multi-leg ground journey (local bus + trains/metro) into the city to save money, and arrive at an Airbnb where they will stay five days while preparing for the Trans-Siberian trip. Practical details mentioned include approximate distances, fares, travel times, and logistics frustrations around finding the local bus.

That hurts so bad.
I almost dumped you.
I don't know what. I don't know what happened. Good thing we're the only ones in this lounge right now. That'd be very embarrassing.
Good morning. It is Earth third morning in Tallinn. And today.
Today we're going to Russia.
I'm, like, so, so excited about going to Russia.
I can't believe we're going, and I.
Don'T know exactly why. I think it's just somewhere I never thought I would go.
Thankfully, the Tallinn city center is only about 4 miles away from the airport. So we just hopped in an Uber, and it'll only be about five. Five euros really beats dragging your bags to the cobblestone streets, because none of the public transportation enters the old city, which is where we were staying.
I'm pretty excited about it.
Guess what? You don't have to pay for the massage chairs. She gave me two free tokens. That is 40 minutes worth a free massage.
It's moving.
There we go.
Beeping's not very relaxing.
Ah. It hurts in the back. It's not very relaxing, but I feel like it's one of those that, like, it's not enjoyable while it's happening, but I'm gonna feel better after it's over. It's currently.
Making me uncomfortable on my butt. I'm feeling violated.
Oh, my gosh. Oh, it's gonna squeeze my arms.
Oh, it's smushing my hand.
Oh, it's happening.
This is pretty incre.
You're moving a lot.
No, because it hurts.
Your turn.
Oh, thank you.
That lounge was surprisingly awesome. This is, like, a pretty small airport in comparison to most of the international airports that we go to. That was a really good lounge.
It was. That massage chair was better than some human massages I've had.
That was by far the best massage chair that I've ever sat in.
Now we're going to Moscow.
I am so excited to go to Russia. I think it's because it's taken the most planning since we started traveling full time. This is the first country that we've gone to where we had to send off our passports to get a visa, pay quite a bit of money. And so, like, I've been getting to look forward to it for a long time, where normally it's just like, where are we going next? And then we just do it and show up. But this has taken a lot of planning, and I'm so excited about the Trans Siberian, like, that. I didn't think I would go to Russia, but, like, Trans Siberian has Been a huge bucket list thing for me for a long time.
Spa si bo. Great, let's say it again. Spa si bo.
Just say the word hello in Russian to a friend. So you would say.
Now say it with me.
Great, let's say it again. A formal way of saying hello in Russian is.
And that is how you say hello in Russian. Thanks for watching. If you would like to learn any more, subscribe to the channel and you'll be speaking Russian in no time. That's.
Stay tuned.
This flight seems so empty. Nobody's sitting here. Nobody's sitting in front of us. Hey, we're on the exit road and.
It'S only like an hour and a.
Half flight to Moscow. Could be a good one.
You love like you didn't care.
Different kind.
A different kind of love. A different kind. A different kind of love. A different kind.
Of love. A different kind.
Otherwise, if Moscow is good and the temperature is plus 20 degrees Celsius, the local time is 12:57.
Made it to our 61st picture of Nasha.
So we just cleared customs and left the airport. We've heard that there is a local bus that will take you into the city for like less than $2, even though it's like an hour and a half away. So that's what we're trying to find now, but it's proved very challenging. So far, nothing's coming up on Google Maps about the local bus, but I've read on multiple websites that it exists.
We have the next one.
Please. Sir, we're at the right bus. There's some construction going on. It's going to be a long journey to get to the city center.
Gotta take a bus to the train station, get on the train, take it to another train station, switch the train.
That trains the city center, then we gotta walk.
It is now 3pm we just made it to the metro station on like the outskirts of Moscow. So that means it's been almost two hours since our plane landed. It took us a while to find the local bus and then there was a ton of traffic. So the local bus took a long time to get here to the metro station, but we've only spent $3 so far, so that's a plus. And now we're about to try to figure out how to navigate the metro to get to our Airbnb. It doesn't have to be this complicated. When you show up at the airport, you can pay $10 and take like the $10 per person and take the airport and expect express bus. But we decided to do it the adventurous way.
Oh, weird. They don't do. Okay.
So I don't understand this, but I think you can either buy one or two rides. And I know we have to transfer, so I think I'm just gonna pay the extra $2 and buy the two ride thing just to be safe. Also, I'm pretty sure that guy like took an extra dollar from me on the bus.
Rose Desvinka Street. Yeah, a bit.
What's it called?
Ros das Vinca Street.
Wow.
This is the longest escalator.
I can't even see the top.
Wow.
That'S impressive.
Do you have a code? No.
She said I will wait for you. She said I will wait for you with the key.
We are here. Wow. Google is so smart at 3:50 it said we'd be six minutes and so I said we'll be there in six minutes. Guess what time it is.
3:56.
Thank you. Thanks for meeting us. Thank you very much. Bye bye.
Bathroom, bedroom. Living room, kitchen. It's cozy, but it's in a great location. And we have a chandelier with a mirror ceiling. We are going to be here in this apartment in Moscow for five days. We're super excited about that. We. We have not been somewhere for that long this whole month, which is crazy. Five days really isn't that long. But we're resting up for the Trans Siberian. Let's test the bed.
Oh, it's cozy.
That's a really soft bed.
That's what I want to do right now.
Take a nap. Yes, me too.
We're all set to pick up. We're all set to become.
You can't do that.
This is such a weird step. I'm gonna trip on this. It's like a 1, 2, 3, half step.
This is a shower. Where's the toilet?
There's another door right here.
