TURKISH AIRLINES BUSINESS CIP LOUNGE | AMAZING Istanbul Airport

A first-person travel vlog transcript (Nate Buchanan, with Kara) documenting their experience at a Turkish Airlines business lounge at Istanbul Airport en route from Montenegro to Northern Cyprus. The chunk covers arrival at the small airport, obtaining lounge access, exploring extensive lounge amenities (food, tea stations, games, spa, theater), and boarding details for the Cyprus flight.

How long will it take to get to the airport? About.
Finally back at the airport. It's just after seven. I counted for things possibly going wrong this morning. So we're at the airport way too early. Our flight doesn't leave till 9:50. This is a very small airport. There's not a single person behind the desk. But I'm glad everything went smoothly. Kara hasn't had any coffee yet, so she's not speaking.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
Have a nice life.
Thank you.
And we got a lounge pass.
All the business lounge just appears to be closed. Look what we're missing out on. There's even mints in a water dispenser.
Flight boards in 30 minutes. Kev, great news. The lounge is open.
Let's go get water.
Hello.
Hand free snacks.
There was maybe a little bit of sarcasm in our excitement, but really it was an expectations thing. We thought we were going to come in this square room and get hard candy and water.
Now we have four. Snacks, coffee. Thank you very much.
So remember that one time last week when we explained all of our future plans and we were supposed to be going to Albania after we left Montenegro? Well, all of those plans have changed.
A few days after we published that video, a company called Go North Cyprus contacted us and invited us to come to Cyprus for eight days and explore the best of what Cyprus has to offer. So today they're flying us from Montenegro to Northern Cyprus on Turkish Airlines via Istanbul and we'll be arriving at 6pm tonight.
Thank you.
Going to turkey.
Thank you.
Istanbul.
We made it through security in no time thanks to my Star alliance gold status. It lets me go in all the business class fast lines. So it took like two seconds to get through security.
And now we're going to the Turkish Airlines lounge, which we have really high hopes for because we're in Turkey. We're gonna be here for the next four hours and this morning we nuts and coffee. If anything is better than that.
We were satisfied with the nuts and coffee. Just the be quick.
Got a good feeling about this one. Thank you very much.
Oh, fancy. Oh.
I really like this lounge.
This lounge is incredible. The top level is massive. Then we figured out there was this huge staircase that led to an entire other floor. All the food looks fantastic.
I wish we had more than four hours here.
What do we do? What to do with myself?
I would have flown to Cyprus just for this.
My first course of the day is going to be mushroom soup. I don't think I'm going to be able to have enough stomach Space to eat everything that they have in this lounge. But I'm going to try.
The problems.
We face now to go try the rest of the food.
We just spotted this wooden barrel.
Never heard of that before. Sounds like something we should try.
How much should I get?
That's probably good.
Smells like yogurt.
It's very watery.
Really watery. Plain yogurt.
Mmm.
Okay.
Idea.
What?
There's no way I'm going to be able to eat all of his food, so I'm just going to let Nate.
Show it to you.
Circle donut things.
Butter from the countryside.
A Turkish tea station every 10 steps.
Think you got enough food?
I'm pretty excited.
Small portions. Fried noodles, Turkish ravioli, pizza. Looking stuff. And healthy. Healthy.
This place is incredible. We hadn't even, like seen half of it.
I had any idea that we were about to. To eat this much food, I wouldn't have touched the airplane food.
And once you finish eating, there's plenty to keep you occupied.
Video games. You can play the grand piano. It actually just plays itself. Get a massage, read the paper, play pool, watch a movie in the theater. Or watch nine TVs at the same time. We've been to a lot of nice airport lounges, and this one definitely ranks at the.
Really hate to be leaving that one.
Four hours went by way too fast. But now we're heading to Cyprus. Just in time.
We are officially stamped in the Cypress.
Hello. I'm Nate. I'm Emmett. Nice to meet.
You. How far away is the hotel? Half an hour.
Thank you. You're room number? 2407. You are staying Mermaid Bay.
