It has been three days since the last time we made a vlog. We took a few days off because we wanted our vlogs to catch up with our real life, which we're about nine days behind. So all you missed was us eating Indian food. We got ice cream multiple times. We watched the kids jump off the ledge into the ocean. And we got some Indian food.
You already said that. We got Zanzibar pizza.

And we ate at our favorite local restaurant a couple times. We were supposed to take two days off, and we ended up taking three days off. Yesterday was supposed to be the Q and A. Instead, yesterday, Kara got, like, food poisoning or something. She spent all day between the bathroom and the bed. We'll just say that.
Much better today. Not very hungry like usual.
But if she's not her chip herself, that's why. So today we are leaving Zanzibar and going to Portugal with Kayla and Barrett. My sister and her husband are meeting us there. We're gonna explore Portugal with them for a week, and we are super excited.

You like this lounge? Yeah. Today I am really thankful for our priority pass. As soon as we got to the lounge, they delayed our flight for two hours. Downstairs, there is no ac. That would have been a miserable place to wait. Even though this lounge ranks at, like, the bottom of the list for all of the lounges that we visit. It has air conditioning, free WI fi, and cold sheets. So I can't complain too much. Are you complaining?
No. So now we have two and a half hours until we board. This is the fruit spread here in the lounge. A little sparse.

Five hours. Not the best way to start our 24 hour transit to Lisbon. Now I think we're boarding our gate. Look at where all of the planes lead from. Two Gate 2 Gate 2 Gate 2.

Cool flight. We are stuck in the very back. Four hours to go. This window is a little dirty. We are riding on the super fancy B737.700 Ethiopian Airport.

It worked. I recently acquired Star alliance top status for free yesterday it was pretty awesome. And now I've got my Turkish Airways gold added so we can get lounge access here because otherwise we wouldn't have.
Had it would have been a long layover.
I love working in the airline system. Let's find the lounge. We have three hours.
There's one. Apparently everybody in the world has access to this lounge.
Our flight board's in two and a half hours. We're going to try to find another lounge. I have no clue if we can get access to this lounge or not. We're walking likely on the place. Oh much better.

You can't get to this lounge cuz it's only for business class.
There's one more lounge. Let's go check that one out. It can't be any worse than that one. Let's try this one. Can't believe we're asking this question. Would you rather like sit out in the airport than inside the lounge? Yeah.

I think the Star Alliance Gold lounge here might be worse than sitting there. It's hot, it's dark. It stinks so bad.

Home for the next six hours. Good chicken on lawn last night and now we are stuck in the middle of the middle. There's only two minutes but it felt like it needed to keep the other of the metal. But we do have TVs.
