You might have noticed that every smart trader today likes to put order flow bubbles on their chart, but no one really knows how to read them. Here's the cheat sheet you were probably looking for. A bubble only means one thing: effort. And effort is just half of the picture. The other half is the result. What happened after this effort? Was this effort rewarded? Then we will likely continue. Was this effort not rewarded? Then we will likely reverse. So when a big seller is putting an effort on the bottom, but the candle closes with a wick, that means that effort was absorbed by a big buyer who then took control. If a big seller buyer is putting in effort and price keeps falling, it means that sellers are in control and it's a phase of initiative. It's always either one of these two or both combined. If it seems like you're seeing too many bubbles, just go in the settings and turn up the minimum volume threshold.
