Early on in my trading career. A bad trading day would mean a bad day in my life. You have a bad trading day and you're in the worst mood. Now. It's a lot different now. If I have a bad trading day, I had a bad session. Cool. It's work. Whatever. I'm able to separate it from my personal life and keep my personal life going. But for majority of people that are in their early careers of trading, you need to separate the both.
