Now. When I started trading my first two years, I never journaled, I never measured, I never did anything. I would wake up, I would put on a trade. I would not know anything about what I traded, what my R multiple is, what my win percentage is, what my average win to loss ratio is. I had no idea I was waking up putting on trades hoping to be red or green, and I was calling it a day. That's what I did my first year to year two.
