What I recommend you guys is have a playbook. Have your playbooks that have a criteria tag all your setups, go into your playbook and see what is working, what is not working, right? So when I go into my playbooks, I'm able to see my opening sell offs haven't been working so well. I have had no win rate, no success with them. I've lost $5,000, right? My midday reversal. I've made money, but my win rate is very, very low. So I'm able to go into these setups and see what is happening, what is working, what are the trades that I've taken that are working, that aren't working. I' go deeper into it.
