I think before you go into any trading session, you have to have a game plan outlined for that day for that trading period. Hey, today I am going to be trading Tesla and Apple. These are my levels. This is what the outlook is for these particular instruments. This is what happened yesterday. If there are any economic news and you have to have some level of scenarios laid out, a lot of traders just go into days blind and that's not a good approach because you have to have an idea what may potentially happen today. Carrying over some of yesterday's data or some of yesterday's action into today to give you a proper framework.
