If you've been trading for two years, you've been trading for three years. Even if you've been trading for a year, how many people that have been watching have rushed into making money in six months? And what that does, and I've seen this so many times and it like frustrates me. So I'll give you an example of like two traders that I've seen. There's trader one, both of them started in 2021, and this is trader two. Trader one rushes, the process goes back to zero. Rushes, the process goes back to zero. What happens here? They blow their account and then they repeat the cycle. You go to 2025, they're still here. But in this window of four years they've had many successes. But those mini successes were not buil strong foundations. They don't have a strong base. Then trader number two, who builds a strong base, doesn't get this phase of hype or excitement or success until maybe year one, even year two or year three. And then this trader, obviously the path doesn't look like that, but the trajectory is a lot higher. Why? Because this person has spent such a long time in this like flat stage. And in this flat stage, they develop themselves.
