For traders in the first two (or three) stages of development, the focus should be on building skills rather than managing emotions. The key recommendation is to keep position sizes small enough that emotional reactions are minimized. Only after progressing beyond these early stages does emotional management become a significant challenge.

Psychology in trading is overrated. I emphasize on this because I see traders in stage one or stage two, and they go, I'm not profitable because I can't get my emotions in check. Well, your emotions should not be in effect in stage one and two. This is when you're building up skills. When you're building up skills, your size shouldn't be large enough for it to impact your emotions. Yeah. Once you pass those stages, this is one of the battles that we have to deal with. But I think if you're in stage one, two, three, this should not be there.
