Kardec Trader explains why the best trading days are when you don't trade at all. If your strategy has no high-probability setups, sitting out beats forcing a trade. Know what you're looking for, and have the discipline to wait.

I've noticed a lot of traders, they trade well on the days they have opportunities and the market presents them an opportunity. Where do they mess up? They mess up because they trade days when there aren't opportunities for their particular strategy. And new traders can decipher that. This day there's no opportunity. The market has a lower probability of giving me a good trade or a directional play. And they take place those days. Smart traders are like, well, I know out of 20 trading days a month, I may have good days, I may have bad days, that's okay. But I need to understand on the good days, I know how to execute and I know what I'm looking for. Like, you need to also know what you're looking for. You can't just go into a day and put on trades. And then when you know what you're looking for on bad days, when the market is and you don't have setups, you're comfortable just relaxing and saying, I'm not going to take a trade.
