I journal every part of my life consistently, especially trading. Even at this stage, I journal my trading. There are times I'll fall back and I'll notice my. My slump. The thing is, when you start journaling and you start tracking, you start building a right process, you start taking trades that only fit within that. So for me, when I started journaling, which was huge for me, I was like, okay, well, this doesn't fit into my criteria. Why would I take this trade when I have to go into my journal and I have to plug this in? It's not going to make sense, so don't take it.
