We want our traders and we ask our traders and we expect our traders to be the best in the world at what they do. If you're doing one thing, a lot of times what will happen, at least my experience of what I've seen on the desk, people will come in with one play, one playbook, and they aren't really interested in doing other things or learning that much more. And they're holding onto that one playbook so tight. It's like, we call it protecting the crumbs. They know that this is a really good thing and that's great, but there's so much more trading opportunity for you that's out there. Just take advantage of what's being presented every single day, or take advantage of the opportunities in, in an elite-level way. I, I know it's a crazy thing to think about, but if you're going to do this job and get very well rewarded for it, you have to be the best in the world at what you do. And if you're the best in the world at one thing, that's wonderful. But if you're the best in the world at a couple things, or you're striving to be the best in the world at a couple things, you're going to have a lot more trading opportunities. You're going to have a lot more fun.
