Kardec Trader explains how to enter trades using ICT concepts: wait for price to break the Asian range, then buy into a bearish-looking candle at the lower end to catch a move toward the previous day's high. This approach gives you a better entry and larger reward if the candle finishes bullish.

Typically on this next daily candle, what I'm looking for is the open. Let's say this is our Asian range. We have a very small Asian range here. What I'm looking for is, as it's developing, take out that Asian range and then trade up higher just to take out the previous day's high. And then this candle, even though it looks bearish at the time, the best time to buy that candle is actually when it's down. But by the end of the day, maybe it's going to be a massive green candle like that. Who is going to get the best price inside of that green candle? If you're buying it up here versus somebody that's buying it down here, who's getting the best price and who's reaping the most reward? It's the person that's willing to step in front of the market and buy it at the lower end.
