So whenever I see some sort of shift in my p. L. I start taking a step back, and I'm like, okay, what is it? Is it me when I say it's me? Sometimes, a lot of times, your personal problems, your personal life, things like that will bleed into your Trading. Is what I'm trading not working? And then you go into the market like, what? What changed? What's not changed? And then a lot of times I'll take a step back, and then I'll just wait. I'll sit out for two, three weeks now. And then when the market does start, you know, slowly coming back or the way I feel comfortable, for me, I'll take the trades.
