I started questioning my trading abilities. I was like, am I even good at trading? Have I gotten lucky all this time? Sometimes you're looking at the market from a different angle or a wrong perspective. Your size is off, your setups don't make sense. Like, so many different things could be wrong, which is hard for me to tell you. But you want to try to find out what that problem is, what is putting in a slump, and then you want to work your way back into it by trading with lower, smaller size and just focusing on one to two setups and slowly building that confidence back into the trading world.
