ICT traders should study more 🥱#ict #smc #trading

Kardec Trader argues ICT traders misunderstand liquidity. Speaker A says it's where stop losses rest. Speaker B counters: liquidity is market makers and takers, retail stops don't matter, and you need to check volume profiles and order books to actually see it.

A lot of the time people will argue on how the price action moves. Whether that's through buying and selling pressure, whether that is through the market having an algorithm. At the end of the day, it is completely irrelevant. I don't care if you watching this video are the reason price moves in a certain direction. I couldn't care less. And you shouldn't either. The one thing that you should care about is making profits in the market.
Correct?
When you want to make profits. It is a fact that liquidity is one of the most important concepts that you need to learn. All liquidity is is where stop losses are rest in the market.
Oh, bro, you started really good. I don't care if you think it's selling pressure or an algorithm, but it's stop losses.
Oh my God. These ICT traders literally know zero about how markets work. Liquidity is everywhere. It's not just buy stops and sell stops. There's two types of liquidity. There's market makers, there's market takers. So market takers will take liquidity made by market makers, and that's how price moves. And retail stop losses are such an insignificant amount that you can verify yourself. Go to a chart draw volume profile and an order book and you will see that at the top, in the spikes where the liquidity is supposed to be, there's the lowest amount of liquidity actually being executed. And volume tells you this. Liquidity is orders and executed orders is volume. In the volume profile, you will see most of the orders are in the central part because that's where the real liquidity is. Hello. My God. And again, if rationalizing markets in a very stupid way like ICTs makes you profitable and makes you more confident about how you're executing trade, keep doing that. Keep believing that I'm not here trying to change your mind. But don't start talking about market mechanics and how market works. If you know shit. If you want to talk about your strategy and how some confluences are giving you an edge, talk about it. But don't say that the reason behind it is the truth of the market and market moves because they want to hunt stop losses. That's just bullshit. Okay? So if you want to be an ICT influencer, be a mindful one and at least know the shit you're talk about. There's hundreds of people following you. You have a responsibility to say true stuff.
