It features a monologue discussing the importance of maintaining a balance between trading and personal life, emphasizing mental and physical health.
Make sure that there's life outside of trading. Trading is great. I understand everyone wants to trade, everyone wants to make it. I get it. But don't get caught up in so much where you destroy yourself. I've seen people, including myself, went through massive depression. You know, trading is very lonely. So you go through very tough points, especially when you're not doing well. Right. Everyone's against it, your family, your friends, and people around you. So when you get so consumed by it and let it take over your life, it can put you in very dark places. So if you are in that dark place or get there, just make sure you reach out to people and whatnot. But make sure you take care of your physical, mental health, because without that, everything's nonexistent. So make sure you take care of that.
